Super hot opening with the crowd going nuts. It settles down and the faces are standing tall. Heels just feeding and bumping for the American Dream. Heels gain control for a sec, but Dusty turns the tide. Love Dusty walking on top of Teddy to make the tag to the Dog. A super fun shine that the crowd reacts to. The faces set up the Lucha Star while row row rowing the boat. Finally Dusty runs into a knee. The heels have a methodical heat. They're using knees, punches, elbows etc. overall fun stuff. 3*

The crowd reactions for JYD and Dusty are incredible. Sometimes in wrestling, you just want to see the heels get what's coming to them and that happens here in a very one-sided but highly entertaining match. I don’t think a modern promotion would put on a match of this type, especially involving headliners, for fear of criticisms of the heels getting buried. That's a shame because this is a satisfying match that hits all the right emotional buttons and plays off something as simple as seeing the villain, or villains in this case, receive some long-awaited payback. It’s a lot of fun, and recommended for sure.
