July 13, 20232 yr Author comment_6007165 I think Norman Smiley has to go to Japan. I just looked at wrestlingdata.com and it says that Smiley wrestled part of 1988 in UWF Japan so it seems like he would be eligible to go there. If others have a different opinion, let me know.
