Guys like Randy Orton, who used to easily be 230 pounds, are now down to about 200.

Orton is like 6'3". Do you know how tiny he would be if he were 200 lb.?

I'm giving a rough estimation. Even if I'm off, it doesn't change the fact that Orton off the gas has to be 20 pounds less. Anyway, Chris Weidman is 6'2'' and around 190. He has less body fat than Orton, in fairness (but not by much), and he seems slightly more muscular. Very low body fat and muscle have a weird way in changing someone's weight. Anyway, what do you think Orton weighed when he was on the gas? I'd say no more than 240. He's obviously at least 20 pounds less now. Through Wellness, Orton is one guy whose appearance changed more drastically than any wrestler I can think of.

In 2006-07 he was swollen as hell. Barely even had abs he was so bloated. Dat fat face. Then when he became the Viper and feuded with Cena he became super skinny and shredded. He's gradually bulked back up since then, but he's still toned and not a bloated fuck like he was before.
