I'm pretty bored with all the "Will he or won't he?" talk with Christian and WWE. Just show up on TV or don't, but enough with the speculation.

Has the stairwell attack on Jeff Hardy been mentioned much since he won the title? I thought that was Christian's "way in".

Jason Powell reported in the last few days that it is and Christian and Jeff are wrestling at Wrestlemania.

Going through old ECW TV I have a question regarding The Public Enemy. What comedy act are they imitating. The Three Stooges? As a European I have never had the chance to watch old Three Stooges because they are never aired over here. And it's funny to see homages from other programming towards the Three Stooges (i.e. Home Improvement Halloween episode) and just look at the faces of other people watching the episode who are totally irritated at what the hell is going on on the screen

Now I saw a sign that suggests they are not Lenny and Squiggy, who are apparently from Laverne & Shirley. At least that was broadcasted over here but before my times. Damn you pop culture references I don't know about

Other things I noticed:

- Paul Diamonds micwork is laughable and quite possibly deteriorated over the years when I think about his Memphis anti-drugs promo

- Cactus Jacks promo where he spits on the WCW tag belt is fantastic and so much better than his 1995/1996 run where he was too goofy for my taste - here he was just sad, ambitious and slightly deranged. He is a good goof of course, I just prefer his madman shtick

- I do not dislike Jay Sulli and Matty in the House and even most undercarders like Keith Scherer .... didn't think I'd like them

- I really like the Sherri/Shane Douglas combo (also Woman/Tazmaniac/Kebbin)

- I was suprised how much they tried to push the Bruise Brothers

All in all I think ECW is quite fun, people shouldn't put it down too much. Sure it's not the best wrestling ever, but it is a good tv show where you want to watch the next show/episode and thats all what counts, no masturbatory "I follow the current IWC trend and love/hate wrestler X" parrotting. But I am also a person who was like "Madman Pondo was in USWA in 1992? I gotta see that" 2 weeks ago so what do I know. I was not disappointed though with his match vs Jeff Jarrett

Looking at screenshots of the new ROH DVD I notice that they apparently stopped darkening the fan area. Could this be a potential disadvantage if you think about the potential wankerous behaviour (+ retarded signs etc) you might get to notice?

How horrible can ROH signs get? Will there be a new generation of fans-with-names like My Chemical Romance Guy and Beret Guy?

Suddenly I don't really want to watch new ROH.... mon dieu!

The drug promo is maybe the only good Paul Diamond Memphis promo the rest of them are laughably awkward and foreign.

I for one am a fan of this initiative, lest we be robbed of more moments like:

Just saw the Dawn Marie Shoot and she admits to having an affair with a wrestler while in WWE but didn't say who.

The interviewer said that everyone (internet) knew who it was so she didn't have to say the name.

any idea who it was?

I don't remember reading that

SmackDown’s up-and-coming Superstar, Scotty Goldman, covers the WWE in his new Video Original series like a schmeer of Nova cream cheese covers a poppy-seed bagel – with bite.

“What’s Crackin’ with Scotty Goldman” premieres today as WWE.com’s newest “Kosher” series, featuring the titular Goldman kibitzing about recent happenings in WWE. Some of this Superstar’s matzo ball-flavored musings are sly, some are caustic and some are downright schmeer campaigns irreverent enough to make a rabbi blush. Oy!

To see what that Goldman mensch is kvetching about this week, watch WWE.com’s latest Video Original series, “What’s Crackin’ with Scotty Goldman.” Mazel tov!
