Wardlow is apparently a Pittsburgh guy. That's an awful name, though. It's one of the biggest things with AEW. Not every act can just be fucking imported as is. Doing a little editing/reshaping will only help you.

This. I think it's them being too mindful of WWE having to rename/repackage everyone without realizing sometimes it's beneficial. 

It is weird that the set up of Omega vs PAC is still based on promos talking about Jon Moxley.  Haven't they cut one promo since the announcement that they could use?  I don't figure PAC would talk. 

 

Maybe there's a Kevin Dunn type in AEW who think PAC's accent would drive casual fans away.

Wardlow is from IWC in Pittsburgh, same place Britt Baker came out of. I think that's his actual last name.

The Luchasaurus entrance video with the shaking camera and the Jurassic Park style water in the glass cracked me up.

This is a very fun spotfest - I like both acts. And Christopher Daniels with the great looking moonsault and he's older than Jericho. 

I get why they would want him there, but JR is just washed at this point.

Great little match, loved the story that Kenny was looking past PAC and literally got caught sleeping.

Very good match, surprised at PAC winning considering the Mox feud is still on the horizon, but I get it considering it was PAC's debut.

There used to be a rule in wrestling that someone put in as a replacement usually went over (unless it was a special circumstance like a title match).

Janela's the shits, but he has a pretty kickass theme.

I feel like this match didn't need a gimmick. Three dudes blaming each other for a loss, just let them fight without the Cracker Barrel thing.

Gotta say, I did not expect Cracker Barrel to sponsor a match on this show. That's next-level weird, and I like it.
