During the World Series telecast on Fox, Koloff defeating Sammartino for the "WWE championship" (whatever) given a shout out by Joe Buck with a graphic (the famous photo of Koloff coming off the top with a knee) as a memorable cultural moment from 1971 during a history of baseball in Washington (1971 was the year one of Washington's earlier teams left for Texas). Gotta love the cross promotion!
