Look through Friedlander's list to retrieve any missing footage. (KRIS Z-GET ON THE CASE. LOSS, HELP HIM OUT!!!) 4. You guys watch a shitload of matches and argue about them. 5. Tell me what matches to put on so I can get this shit underway. 6. Have this bad boy released by late Sep./ early Oct. at the latest. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Update... I told people who donated money to look at this as the beginning of the project, not a continuation. I think we should use this approach to start fresh and come up with new ideas and viewpoints. I have talked at length with Kris, Phil and Loss over the last few days and have receieved sensory overload on ideas and opinons. This folder is the perfect place to do that. PROJECT TEAM- Right now, we have myself, Loss, Kris Z, Phil and Tom K. What do you guys want to do about Tim Cooke and Dean? We can discuss Bix separately. Is there anyone else we want to include? While we don't want to make it too crowded, I am of the belief that more people to pick up on matches that someone else may have skipped or watched while they were tired is a valuable tool to have. In the end, it can be a 3-way call between Phil, Kris and Loss with the majority ruling. It is your guys call. VQ- One of my issues withthe WWF set was that there were many matches in subpar VQ that could have been found with one trade from Crazy Max in better VQ. Sometimes with rare shit, you have no choice. However, for example, WM2 is not a rare show and is something that could have been upgraded with little trouble or expense involved. As someone who sells comps, people expect certain quality from my sets, and with my name attached, I will give the same effort with this project. This isn't directed toward you guys so much as it is what you can expect from me. OVERLAPPING- One of my goals with this project is to always stay one step ahead. Even though we are collecting for Watts, we can still get connections and match lists for the other sets as we go. This folder should always be active and if it isn't, then don't be afraid to speak up! I think we are all committed to this project, and as we saw with the donations so far, so are the posters. This forum can be used to plan ahead even as we are working on the current set. So, while you guys are posting thoughts about Watts, feel free to discuss the other territories. PROBLEM SOLVING- I am going to post several discussion topics that we may all have feelings about so that we can discuss and resolve issues now (or in the near future) instead of when a set is on the table. Right now, we are arguing about when the Watts set should be ended when this should have been decided long ago. However, like I stated earlier, we'll approach this set like it was the first so lets make that the first point of order.
July 12, 200718 yr comment_5419211 Go ahead and give Tim Cooke access to the folder, he can chime in with his thoughts, I wouldn't count on Tim to do anything, but I would have no problem letting him suggest and comment on matches. Dean is one of my closest friends, I know the guy pretty well, the orginizational part of this isn't his thing. He will watch the sets, load the matches on Sendspace if we want, and review the winners, I doubt he would want much do with this part. I owe him a call anyway so I'll ask him next time I talk to him.

July 23, 200718 yr comment_5419658 I was thinking, lets make two subfolders in the Match Discussion folder, one for shows, which is what we are doing, and one for individual matches, we could discuss a match once it is nominated and we could vote for whether it is in or not. I am making a list of stuff but we haven't really figured out a way to determain whether a match is in or out

I trust shoe and I know he watches a shitload of wrestling so he should be beneficial to the project. He also has House Show #60 so he is saving us some cash
