July 12, 200718 yr Author comment_5419246 No, Watts bought the circuit, not the promotion. McGuirk was still running Oklahoma. In fact, Eddie Gilbert and Ricky Morton went there in the Spring of 1981. I also have a show from Bix from 12/81.
