April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915311 I only tuned in for Rey/Murphy. It was good but man having a crowd there really elevate things, I think I've reached a turning point to the empty arena matches.
April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915313 Garza vs Drew will bang fucking hard Also, this mitb stipulation is dope. DDT is avantgarde
April 21, 20205 yr Author comment_5915315 Also I lol every time Zelina's NOO YAWK-ness comes out when she says Austin Theory's name.
April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915329 Maybe Nia should take better care of her opponents after mouthing off about Ronda not being safe.
April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915330 Also can we talk about the buckle bomb? I think I would rather someone give me a piledriver than take a buckle bomb.
April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915335 I'd rather someone give me Covid-19 than have to work a squash against Nia Jax.

April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915341 This new Money In The Bank concept is getting WWE closer to The Running Man
April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915345 Is there actually any confirmation that Nia's opponent was injured in the match? The spot looked nasty, sure, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything in and of itself.
April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915346 No, but given Kairi's history of concussions (TLC anyone?), Nia could've given her another one. And God knows what would've happened next for Kairi afterwards if Vince thought she was too injury prone. They either need to rein Nia in or cut her loose because she's doing the exact same thing she accused Ronda Rousey of.
April 21, 20205 yr Author comment_5915347 It was a reckless thing to do with someone who has an injury history, and as stated she should be the most careful worker on the roster now with how she's shooting her mouth off.

There's also a video going around Twitter where Kairi audibly says she is not ready/set up but Nia gives her the move anyway.
April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915351 Kairi really deserves better than being forced to work with morons like Nia and Charlotte.
April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915353 Wouldn't it be something if "John" turned out to be Seth Rollins? That'd be the ultimate swerve.
April 21, 20205 yr Author comment_5915355 WWE stating they follow social distancing guidelines outside of the ring when multiple WWE personnel are regularly posting videos of them backstage not socially distancing would be hilarious if it wasn't putting people at risk.
April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915360 In response to the anonymous accusations filed with the Orange County Board of Directors today and read for the public record, World Wrestling Entertainment issued the following statement to PWInsider: "These accusations aren’t true. Employees know they can confidentially go to Human Resources, not the public. Notwithstanding the appropriate protocol, no one would be fired if they were uncomfortable with their surroundings. We’ve made accommodations for individuals upon request." (from https://www.pwinsider.com/ViewArticle.php?id=135788) ------------------- The WWE's response is so cartoonishly evil it's funny. Like, I can't read it without imagining Conan O'Brien doing it in a sarcastic, mocking tone with wild eyes. Even if you take it at face value, it is an awful quote. "Employees know they can confidentially go to Human Resources" - Uh, yeah, and they know that they will possibly lose their job or be strong-armed into continuing to report to work. That's why they made it a public comment. That sentence doesn't their case at all. Neither does "Notwithstanding the appropriate protocol," which reads like victim-blaming. Also, kinda hard to say nobody would be fired for criticizing or going against the company's wishes after the biggest day of layoffs in what? A decade or two? Ever?
April 21, 20205 yr comment_5915362 In other news: https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/29078406/source-patriots-trade-rob-gronkowski-buccaneers-4th-round-pick If I'm Mojo Rawley, I'm updating my resume right now. Also, Gronk is the current 24/7 champion, so it'll be interesting to see how they get the belt off him.
April 21, 20205 yr Author comment_5915365 I'm sure no one is being "forced" to violate protocols, just like no one was "forced" to get juiced to the gills in the 80s. They don't have to force anyone when they make it clear what happens when you don't.
April 22, 20205 yr comment_5915396 So, Hunter seems to have aged about 25 years. Reminds me of how his hero Flair looked really good until 2002 and then all of a sudden looked 10 years older than he was
April 22, 20205 yr comment_5915399 He almost looks like Varg Vikerness now. No nazi memorabilia on his shelf though...
April 22, 20205 yr comment_5915401 Clearly an attempt to show solidarity for Brodie Lee and Eric Rowan
April 22, 20205 yr comment_5915402 It's like he wants to be Mark & Jay Briscoe's long lost relative or something.
