When you guys are watching this stuff, if you can post in here what extras should be considered, let me know.

If you can, go back and start listing the things you thought could be included so far and be sure to include what disc it is on.

Also, I am thinking that we include a Bonus Disc and only send it to those who donated. It would be a small thank you for those who shelled out upfront.

Barnett 3.2 = The Fabulous Freebirds (Terry Gordy & Michael Hayes) vs. Terry Latham & Tommy Wright (Spring 1980)

This match must go on as an extra because it is a rare match featuring the Birds during their first push and at the original TV studio.

MS 012 = Spotlight on “Precious” Paul Ellering (5/12/82)

This has got to make the extra pile as Paul is such a douche and he was trying to be a face. Ellering has some kids in the ring and has them do situps to be like him all while “Let’s Get Physical” by Olivia Newton-John plays in the background. Jesse Barr & Buddy Landell being Paul’s assistants here is also great.

MS 012 = Another spotlight with Precious Paul (5/12/82)

This is another definite extra on the set as Paul was so awesome here doing pushups with kids and had the kids along with two fat chicks on his back. Barr & Landell returned as his helpers.

MS 015 = No DQ for the North American Heavyweight Title: Junkyard Dog © vs. Ted DiBiase (6/23/82)

If the match was strong enough to warrant being put a nomination then we could put this through like Duggan/Gordy but it wasn’t as there wasn’t much of a match before DiBiase would turn on JYD. This is a definite extra though. Roop was awesome on commentary on this.

MS 049 = Dusty & Volkoff have a brawl in the ring with Dusty beating on Volkoff with taped fists then cuts an awesome promo. This whole thing has to be an extra.

MS 057 = Contract signing between Junkyard Dog & Magnum TA for a shot at JYD’s North American Heavyweight Title. Mr. Wrestling II is behind Magnum and is in the early stage of his heel turn telling JYD he can beat him and would put his mask up against the title. II is such a bitter bastard here and is fucking tremendous in this role. Magnum tears up the contract saying that it is tearing apart his friendship with II. This was great stuff and a definite extra.

MS 058 = The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) vs. The Midnight Express (Dennis Condrey & Bobby Eaton) (2/29/84)

This is their first ever televised match. The crowd is fucking nuclear for this one as the RnR who had been around for just a couple of weeks have started a revolution among the fans especially the girls. Morton gets a great huracarana on Eaton early on that sets the tone of this match as everyone is working their ass off in a frenzied style. The Russians would come in after the double dropkick on Eaton and they start cutting Morton’s hair before Magnum & Taylor would make the save. This was an awesome segment that has to be an extra just for historic significance.

MS 058 = The MX celebrate winning the Mid-South Tag Titles and this is one of the most legendary angles ever and a slam dunk extra.

MS 061 = Mid-South Tag Titles: The Midnight Express (Dennis Condrey & Bobby Eaton) © vs. The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) (4/11/84)

MX showed up late without Jim Cornette. This is the usual great action between these two teams and when Morton has Eaton rolled up in an O’Connor Roll, Jim Cornette comes out dressed as a woman and attacked Morton getting his team DQed. This was great stuff and needs to be an extra just for Cornette in drag.

MS 061 = Mid-South TV Title: Krusher Khruschev © vs. Hacksaw Duggan (4/11/84)

Duggan comes out brawling from the bell with punches and a clothesline among other moves before missing with a cross body block. Krusher would take it to Duggan dropping him neckfirst on the top rope then following with a bodyslam and hit some running tackles but would miss and hit the ropes neck first. Duggan began his comeback with punches in the corner followed up by a spear off the middle rope. Duggan would start punching from the mount until Volkoff shows up and punches Duggan with the Coal Miners Glove. Taylor would try and get in the ring but Reed would attack him and ran him into the ringpost. Ito & Landell come out to run interference as Krusher shaves off Duggan’s beard until Magnum came out with the 2x4 to clean house. This is another definite extra.

MS 062 = JYD does a promo at ringside and Cornette interferes then gets choked by JYD until the MX comes out jumping him so Reed pours yellow paint all over JYD. This is a definite extra.

MS 069 = Brickhouse Brown vs. "Nature Boy" Buddy Landell (8/14/84)

Landell brags about running JYD off then starts flapping his mouth at Brickhouse and gets upset not once but twice. This scenario should be an extra.

MS 071 = Landell & Reed are in the ring wanting Brickhouse Brown and he shows up where he arm-wrestles with Reed but Landell takes him instead then gets beaten. Reed then tries to ambush him until Sonny King shows up and they clean house. Great stuff and should be an extra.

MS 073 = Mid-South TV Title: Terry Taylor © vs. “Exotic” Adrian Street (9/26/84)

Street is full on gimmick mode here and the fans hate his guts as he prances around after every move until Taylor starts his offensive attack. Street would take Taylor to the mat though using a side headlock before getting it back on their feet using some nice punches. Taylor would fire back with forearms but Street would kick him in the head before taking it back to the mat working on Taylor’s left arm. Taylor would get it back up though using forearms and punches but Street would answer with some vicious European uppercuts but missed with a diving splash. Taylor would use a backbreaker then a diving foot stomp before starting to pepper Street with punches. Street would grab Taylor by the hair and kissed him on the mouth before getting a schoolboy to win the match. The reaction to this was fantastic and if the match isn’t worthy enough to go on then it definitely should be an extra.

MS 074 = Ted DiBiase makes his return to Mid-South holding Duggan’s football helmet announcing that he won’t be showing up to face Doc in their match and Duggan would show up later all bloodied up and of course this will be an extra.

MS 074 = The Rock n Roll Express demonstrate on how a straightjacket is used in preparation for their matches with the MX with Corny in the jacket. You can guess what happens next and yet another definite extra.

MS 075 = Skandor Akbar announces that Hercules Hernandez is joining his army then wants Landell to deliver Butch Reed but Reed said he wants no part of this and the brawl is on. Yet another definite extra.

HS 47/53 = The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) vs. Eddie Gilbert & The Nightmare (5/26/85)

I think this might be the only time these two teams faced each other and it was fun before the match to watch Gilbert talk shit to his former partner Morton on the mic before the match calling him an “egg sucking dog” and blaming all of their losses as a team on him, which was also great because their last run as a team was in Tulsa for Tri-State in 1981-82. Their opening exchanges were great as Gilbert was tremendous in his chickenshit heel psychology and Morton used a great looking flying headscissors takedown. I also loved the shadow boxing routine that led up to the finish, which was pretty great in that Nightmare hit Morton as he was thrown into the ropes and then put on Gilbert’s general helmet that Morton was intended to go into but he reversed it and Gilbert hit his head on it for the 3 count. Gibson or Nightmare never made into the match as it was all Morton & Gilbert, which was great. It wasn’t even really a match if you could say it but I think we need to find a place for this somewhere on the DVD set as an extra.

PPW 22.3 – 23.1 = The Fantastics (Bobby Fulton & Tommy Rogers) vs. Tom Prichard & Pat Rose (7/17/85)

Bill Dundee shows up and tells Fulton that he is sick and tired of watching him steal his act then slaps him before Fulton knocks him to the floor. Fants looked great here and this was a good team for them to go against because both heels bumped around like pinballs. Dundee & Dutch would run into the ring and Fulton would eat some lashes by Shoebaby until Rogers cleaned house with a chair. This is an extra for sure.

Barnett 4.2 = The greatest video Joel Watts ever did that wasn’t the potato videos airs in the Jake/Barbarian video. A slam dunk extra.

Barnett 4.2 = The Midnight Rider debut video airs. Micah Watts is playing the role of the Rider here. Another definite extra.

Barnett 4.2 = Jake “The Snake” Roberts vs. The Nightmare (8/28/85)

Jake is the hero of the fans at this point and he is coming into his own as a babyface. Jake teases the DDT the early part of the match but Nightmare used his strength advantage to work out of it. Nightmare uses a bearhug to weaken Jake and continues to work on Jake until he gets popped with a high kneelift. Nightmare loads his mask as he gets up and headbutts Jake three times with Jake blading in clear sight as he goes to the mat. Gilbert comes to ringside complaining about the loaded mask but Nightmare takes the object out and gives it to Humperdink. Jake juices but hits the DDT flush on Nightmare and then unmasks the Nightmare revealing him as Randy Culley while Gilbert holds Humongous back. Humongous would break free though and would go after Jake but Barbarian comes in to even the odds but he turns on Jake and the monsters beat the fuck out of Jake. Joel Watts is full on David Crockett here on commentary as Jake gets destroyed. Great great stuff and the turn should definitely be an extra.

Bollom #2 = Watts stands at the broadcast position with Duggan/Murdoch/Reed talking about Flair wanting to defend against the NA champion and this is the start of Murdoch’s turn. The whole scenario is a definite extra.

Barnett 4.2 = Dick Slater’s contract signing airs and that’s another extra.

Barnett 4.2 = Ted DiBiase & Dr. Death beat the fuck out of Bob Sweetan for losing the Mid-South Tag Titles. Sweetan would make a comeback though and beat on DiBiase & Doc with a steel chair. Another extra.

Bollom #3 = Ted DiBiase vs. Nick Patrick (10/9/85)

Squash as like I said earlier DiBiase & Doc are fucking ruthless at this time. Sweetan shows up and attacks Doc then jacks DiBiase’s jaw. DiBiase would load up the glove and Patrick would dropkick him before he could hit Sweetan. Sweetan gets the glove off and cleans house. This should be an extra.

HS 78/85 = “Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert vs. Bobby Fulton (10/9/85)

Gilbert is fuckin awesome before the match pimping his portrait that he is giving away but of course Fulton comes out to interrupt him and the match is on. Gilbert picking Fulton up by the hair and dropping him on the mat was great and Gilbert once recovering from the Fulton onslaught early in the match really took it to Fulton. Gilbert just kept pulling on Fulton’s hair which was great because there was so much there to grab. Fulton threw some great punches in his comeback as Gilbert tried his best to get on the floor but Gilbert chucked him out of the ring. Fulton hits a sunset flip from the apron but Gilbert holds the ropes and the referee kicks his hands but Gilbert still ends up reversing it for the win. This was great stuff and I don’t know if it’s long enough to be a nom candidate but it should be an extra no doubt.

Barnett 5.1 = Hacksaw Duggan vs. El Corsario (10/23/85)

Duggan comes out with his girlfriend to counter Dark Journey so of course she gets destroyed by Buzz Sawyer after Slater & DJ run interference. This is a definite extra.

Barnett 5.1 = The infamous potato video airs and this is another slam dunk extra especially with the Jim Ross burial of WWF before it.

PPW 26.4 – 27.1 = They show the Potato Video #2 which like the first one is a definite extra.

Barnett 5.1 = Butch Reed comes out before Dick Slater’s match with Steve Doll asking about the bounty that Flair has on his head then basically calls Dark Journey an oreo. Reed then talks about how black men beat their women when they get out of line. Slater tells Reed that he isn’t going after him. Once again a definite extra.

Barnett 8.2 = Hacksaw Duggan vs. Buzz Sawyer (11/24/85)

This is JIP about 5 minutes into the match and that sucks because these two have some really solid matches against each other. This one had double juice and looked great ending in a double countout in a wild brawl that kept on going after the bell. I think that we need to throw this on as an extra.

Barnett 5.1 = Gilbert & Humperdink offer a reward for the stolen portrait and then the Bruise Brothers reveal that they have the portrait and break it over Gilbert’s head. This is another definite extra.

Barnett 5.1 = Terry Taylor Freeze Frame video airs next and that’s a definite extra.

Bollom #5 = “Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer vs. Steve Doll (1/1/86)

Squash but the angle after the amtch is a definite extra as Butch Reed comes out to confront Sawyer but Murdoch comes out after him and jumps Reed giving him a brainbuster on the floor.

Bollom #5 = Slater & Dark Journey are in the ring talking shit until Jake comes out to interrupt him Jake calls her a jezebel and Slater jumps him from the back but Jake would hit him with a high kneelift and DJ sprayed something in Jake’s face. Jake was blinded and he DDTed Dark Journey as the Tulsa crowd went absolutely insane. Humongous pop and this is a definite extra.

Bollom #7 = Koko Ware vs. Gustavo Mendoza (2/11/86)

Koko hit one of the greatest dropkicks ever here. This match should be a definite extra. The kids mobbing Koko was an awesome sight.

Barnett 6.1 = Slater retires the Mid-South TV Title by throwing it in the Arkansas River. This is a definite extra.

DG PPW/TV 4/86 = Dick Slater announces that he has made a new UWF TV Title belt and since he is a double champion, he has given the title to Buzz Sawyer, which would lead to quite the twist as Bill Watts drawed up a contract where Slater would sign away his right to defend a title to Sawyer against Hacksaw Duggan. Dark Journey told Slater to read it but he said that he trusts Watts, which was a mistake as Watts signed for the title to be defended as the North American Heavyweight Title. Sawyer said that he would beat Duggan anyday but Slater came in the ring crying about the whole situation and he was kicked out of the building. Slater would go on to lose both titles in one day without even being in the ring. This was a great angle that is a definite extra. (3/16/86)

DG PPW/TV 4/86 = North American Heavyweight Title: “Mad Dog” Buzz Sawyer © vs. Hacksaw Duggan (3/16/86)

This is a brawl from the bell as Duggan has taped ribs selling the beating from last week with the chain and he just goes apeshit on Buzz. Duggan nearly kills him on a clothesline and keeps taking it to Buzz but misses a spear and goes running through the ropes to the floor. Buzz starts attacking the ribs and bloodies up Duggan’s nose hardway. Buzz misses a diving body press from the top rope and Duggan hits the spear for the victory. Duggan finally wins the gold and the Myriad goes bonkers. Fun stuff that should go on as an extra because the match wasn’t even 5 minutes really.

DG PPW 4/86 = Blade Runners video is next and that is another definite extra.

SF #31 = Press Conference with The Sheepherders in their regular voices talking about winning the Mid-South Tag Titles and the debut of Jack Victory’s girlfriend Lady Maxine and the facials by everyone including Joel Watts in this is fantastic. This is a definite extra.

UWF May 1986 = Kamala vs. Dave Peterson (5/11/86)

The Kamala matches were the exception to the previous rule but they were needed for his gimmick. Duggan comes running to ringside before the match and decides to take Peterson’s place, well this is a better option. Duggan starts in on Kamala immediately and Kamala sells a Duggan clothesline like death. Duggan kills him with punches but Kamala gets the advantage and starts using his chops on Duggan taking him down. The brawl goes to the floor where Duggan gets the advantage and rams Kamala head first into the announce table. The brawl goes back to the ring and Duggan hits his big spear and IT’S BREAKIN DOWN IN TULSA but Kamala gets the advantage back taking him down with a big foot and hits his big splash but Duggan kicks out as Jim Ross goes completely apeshit. Kamala chops the referee out of frustration causing the DQ as Akbar enters the ring but Kamala chops him by accident. Duggan sends Kamala out of the ring and goes for a spear on Akbar but he ducks out as well as Duggan IS WALKING TALL. This was tremendous and needs to go on DVD as an extra.

Bollom #8 = Gilbert comes out again wanting to talk to Watts and this time Watts comes out with Gilbert telling him that he will give him the Russian flag. Watts takes the flag but here comes the Blade Runners then the Russians attack Watts from behind as Gilbert hits Watts with the shovel. They leave Watts laying then bury him under the Russian flag as the crowd goes apeshit. DiBiase, Duggan, & Doc show up to clean house but the damage was done. Erik, Joel, & Micah Watts all show up to really add the drama. Slam dunk extra.

Bollom #8 = The Fantastics brawl with Ivan & Nikita Koloff, Korchenko, & Gilbert until Bill Watts cleans house with his baseball bat. Another extra.

Barnett 6.2 = “Cowboy” Bill Watts vs. Sting (6/22/86)

Gilbert would explain before the match that Watts had ran Korchenko & Rock out of the UWF. Sting went into this match legit scared to death because of what he thought Watts thought of him personally but Watts told him that he knew he had potential and that he’s not a problem. Watts tells Gilbert that he would beat Sting then would whoop his ass too. Watts would win quickly with the Stampede then started pounding Gilbert bloody with a belt and Gilbert bled a ton here. Freebirds came out and Watts held his own for a while but the numbers game was too much and Gordy caught Watts off the top rope with the Oriental Spike. Gordy then puts the Spike on Watts and Watts bleeds from the mouth until the dressing room empties for a fucking insane brawl. This was phenomenal and a slam dunk extra. Jim Ross was godly at this time.

UWF 2 = The Fabulous Freebirds (Terry Gordy & Buddy Roberts) vs. Brett Sawyer & Gary Young (8/17/86)

Birds look great here and Hayes even gets a shoutout to Channel 36 in the ATL which I love. Gordy hits the Bamm Bamm Slam on Young then try on Sawyer for a DQ because the referee told them not to do it. DiBiase & Doc hit the ring and IT’S BREAKING LOOSE IN TULSA as they clean house on the Birds. They try for a spike piledriver on the floor before Hayes joins in and they try for a spike piledriver on him but Roberts breaks it up. Insane brawl that should be an extra this was awesome.

Brandon Bollom #12 = Valet For A Day is next and of course this is an extra.

UWF 44/45 = They show clips of an awesome looking Steel Cage Match between DiBiase/Gordy from Houston on 10/17/86 that we don’t have. Gordy’s promo with the dried up blood in the locker room should make this a definite extra.

UWF 46/47 = Holy shit the Freebirds coming into the building in a limo to Robert Palmer’s “I Didn’t Mean To Turn You On” is fantastic. They unveil their big surprise which is the debut of Sunshine as their valet. Roberts in his tuxedo is fantastic. This is a must extra.

UWF 46/47 = We have a wild brawl with the Freebirds against Doc/DiBiase/Taylor with Doc dropping a knee across Gordy’s arm that would break it causing the things that would happen later in the show. Definite extra.

Brandon Bollom #14 = No referee with 5:00 time limit: Ted DiBiase vs. Skandor Akbar (2/20/87)

DiBiase is still bloody from the Chavo match earlier and Akbar immediately goes for the cut by biting on it. DiBiase becomes a bloody mess and when he gets the advantage on Akbar, the Gang comes out and DiBias starts biting Akbar’s head which is busted open as well. Akbar hit a helluva bladejob and DiBiase goes to work on the cut with his diving fist drops but of course the Gang would come in. Savannah Jack runs out and he starts working on the Gang, so Tommy Gilbert gets the bright idea of clearing the ring and starting the next match. This match should be an extra.

Brandon Bollom #15.1 = Iceman then turns heel in an interview with Jim Ross calling Chris Adams a “jailbird.” Iceman says that he helped Adams out when he was in jail and got paid back with Adams picking Taylor to be a tag partner in the UWF Tag Titles tourney that they won. Iceman breaks out the jailbird t-shirt which fucking rules. Iceman then calls Jack an “uncle Tom” and breaks out the oreo cookies in honor of Jack. This was fantastic and a definite extra.

UWF 10/11/87 = The Battle of New Orleans from 9/9 airs and this is a fantastic brawl that is a definite extra. Everyone just beats each other’s ass bloody all over the building. This was also Chris Adams’ last show with the UWF.

UWF 10/8 – 11/28/87 = Sting vs. Terry Taylor (9/13/87)

This is from Dallas at the Reunion Arena with lots of empty seats and Gilbert is handcuffed to Douglas at ringside. This is a brawl at the bell with Sting dominating the early part but Taylor would hit a spinebuster ala Arn to turn the tables but Sting would make a quick comeback. Sting would pound on Taylor and hit a 180 splash off the middle rope on Taylor but hit Pee Wee Anderson. Taylor would get the key to the handcuffs and hands it to Gilbert who unlocks himself then pounds on Douglas before throwing the cuffs to Taylor. Taylor would cuff Sting as Gilbert hit him twice with a chair and Sting juices. Gilbert would hit everyone with a chair as Sting gets handcuffed to the ropes and Steiner/Young hold the dressing room door shut. Gilbert & Taylor bloody up Douglas and keep destroying Sting before the faces would finally break through to make the save. This should be another extra.
