Posted August 1, 200718 yr comment_5420074 Produced:8-8-1985 • “Superstar” Bill Dundee vs. Bobby Fulton Shortish, but pretty great, Dundee is such a stud and I was loving his punches as usual. Fulton's arm work is pretty great, I find it total bizarre that this set might have two Bobby Fulton singles matches • “The Nightmare” vs. “Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert This was fun too, but a step below the Dundee v. Fulton match, and a step below what should make a set. Nightmare is kind of growing on me. Produced:8-16-85 • Al Perez vs. The Nightmare Fineish match, Perez does a nice blade job • Wendell Cooley & Little Coco vs. “Superstar” Bill Dundee & Little Tokyo Amusing idea to put Bill Dundee in a mixed match with midgets, didn't really go long enough to really get going though
November 29, 200717 yr comment_5424668 Bobby Fulton vs. “Superstar” Bill Dundee (7/31/85) Fulton throws some great armdrags and does some nice armwork. Dundee starts his charge by throwing some awesome punches but Fulton fights back with his own. The finishing sequence was awkward with the ref bump but still a fun TV match not enough for a nomination though. I love this whole angle though. Lord Humongous vs. Mark Ragin (7/31/85) Squash. The Nightmare vs. “Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert (7/31/85) The protégé takes care of the mentor easily. Hacksaw Duggan vs. Carl Styles (7/31/85) Squash. El Corsario vs. Mark Ragin (8/14/85) Corsario makes his TV debut. “Bruiser” Bob Sweetan & “Dr. Death” Steve Williams vs. Mike Nichols & Dale Williams (8/14/85) Squash. The Nightmare vs. Al Perez (8/14/85) Perez puts up a fight but the loaded mask prevails in getting juice out of Perez but he still fights back until Humperdink would trip him up for the DQ. Perez would send the Nightmare out of the ring after the match as his push continues. Lord Humongous vs. Pat Rose (8/14/85) Squash. Wendell Cooley & Little Coco vs. “Superstar” Bill Dundee & Little Tokyo (8/14/85) Dundee with midgets is awesome and this is a fun match. “Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert vs. Brodie Chase (8/14/85) Spotlight match for Gilbert who was in an odd phase of being a tweener.
