Posted August 1, 200718 yr comment_5420094 Tiger Conway Jr. & Mr. Wrestling II vs. Matt Borne & Ted DiBiase (3/2/83) This is a non-title match to get over Conway & II as a team and to get over their hopes of winning the tag titles. This was an extremely fun match with the champs bumping and selling like mad men and the faces looked tremendous. Great finish as everyone was going for their big moves and Borne hit his Bombs Away on II and II hit his Million-Dollar Kneelift on DiBiase before a ref bump. Borne went for a chair but Conway caught him with a headbutt to the back of the head off of the top rope and II pinned him after the referee was rolled into the ring by Tiger. I really liked this match a lot as this was one of the best TV matches I’ve seen from this period as it was fast paced and all action. I am going to throw this on the nomination block.
October 31, 200717 yr comment_5423334 This is the start of this feud, and is a pretty fun back and forth match. The finish was especially great, with the Rat Pack trying every dirty trick in their arsenal, and getting countered. I think this goes on just for you crazy anything goes finish
