  • Event: GCW - Fight Forever

  • Description: A world-record breaking 24-hour live wrestling show raising money to support independent wrestlers. It's being organized by GCW, but will be featuring various independent wrestlers and independent wrestling promotions.

  • When: 8PM EST on January 29 until 8PM EST on January 30

  • Where: The "GCW Performance Center," a closed set

  • How to Watch: Live and free on GCW's YouTube Page and Fite.TV

Interesting idea - even if it's definitely not something I plan on putting that much time into watching. I wasn't sure if this should have gone in the Comments thread or started a new one but I decided the latter for two reasons:

1) They are going for a world record (is there even one?)
2) They are raising money via IndieGoGo where all proceeds go to the performers themselves. So far $30k has been raised. The link is here

I'm definitely going to watch some tonight, on a Zoom call with friends I'd normally hit an indie show with. Don't know how much stamina I'll have for watching much more tomorrow, but it is a very interesting and cool idea on the whole. Super intrigued for Homicide vs. Erick Redbeard.
