Posted August 16, 200718 yr comment_5420736 05/09/86 Dave Peterson vs. Kamala Sqaushy 06/27/86 Rick Steiner vs. Chavo Guerrero The finish here was completely awesome, with Chavo doing a super high backflip into a somersault into a rana, outside of the finish it wasn't much although it did make me want to see Chavo v. Buzz 05/09/86 Steve Williams & Ted DiBiase vs. The Blade Runners Kind of fun to watch Williams and DiBiase try to carry Warrior, but this was way too ugly and awkward to make a DVD set. 1980s Jim Duggan vs. Kortsia Korchenko Korchenko may have sucked worse then Warrior 1980s Terry Taylor vs. Butch Reed This had Taylor bleed a bunch and some nice punch exchanges, but Taylor mostly just bled and flopped around on the mat. It had good moments and dead moments, I could see someone else nominating this, but it isn't going to be me.
August 16, 200718 yr comment_5420752 This whole show is setting up a tourney that will have Chavo v. Buzz, Sting v Kamala, Dibiase v Rock(Ultimate Warrior) and a bunch of other neat matchups. Do we have that tourney anywhere? As the matches from show before tourney nowhere near as interesting. This is kind of shitty Monsters of Mat. 06/27/86 Rick Steiner vs. Chavo Guerrero The finish here was completely awesome, with Chavo doing a super high backflip into a somersault into a rana, outside of the finish it wasn't much although it did make me want to see Chavo v. Buzz This starts pretty great and finishes really great. But they blow some stuff in the middle as there is ring rope problems and Rick Steiner can't quite throw Chavo through them and some bad miscommunication. If someone else nominates this, I won't argue against it but the middle parts really hurt it in my eyes. 1980s Terry Taylor vs. Butch Reed This had Taylor bleed a bunch and some nice punch exchanges, but Taylor mostly just bled and flopped around on the mat. It had good moments and dead moments, I could see someone else nominating this, but it isn't going to be me. I don't think Taylor mostly bled and flopped around on mat so much as when he did it was real Burrhead Jones/Boogie Woogie Man seizure flopping selling. I've never seen Terry Taylor sell like Burrhead Jones and it felt really off. I'm assuming it took Phil out of the match. It distracted me but didn't take me out of match.
December 10, 200717 yr comment_5424994 I had seen everything else on here until this. Terry Taylor vs. “Hacksaw” Butch Reed (5/11/84) This was a good match with blood but we have much better with these two including another nominated match between these two. The finish was also crap too with the Russians running in so a no for me.
