March 29, 20214 yr Author comment_5943939 NWA By-Laws 1.0 - When an NWA Champion loses the title - that talent will go to the promotion in a "trade" and the new champion will then become a "freelance" talent who will use that home promotion as his base but be able to be booked out to other promotions via the "special attractions booking" 1.1 - When the new champion is crowned and utlized from the home territory - it will not count as part of the 50 roster cap. 1.2 - When the new champion loses his title, he will then return to his home base promotion. (Owner will need to keep the 50 cap)
