If it was a disc I sent then it just happened to be in my Mid South collection since I group Mid South and Tri State together. Kris said to put it under the Miscellaneous category

 

Anyway, Tri-State was the promotion that Leroy McGuirk ran in the 70s. Bill Watts bought it from him and renamed it Mid South. McGuirk started Tri State up again and it folded in the early 80s.
