In other news, SRS is reporting NXT 2.0 is gonna get more "edgy" in terms of aggression and language, and also in terms of the costuming of the women all per Vince's directive.

Honestly, it might be the best thing they can do. At least in trying to distance NXT from RAW/Smackdown. I mean, I assume it doesn't mean chairshots to the head & an upskirt cam like ECW. But even what female wrestlers like Skye Blue or Kierra Hogan are currently wearing seem like they would be pretty edgy on WWE TV.

This opening segment showing possibly top names for NXT is alright. Some are obviously going to be the top dogs more than others, but I like to see the new faces.

No sign of Von Wagoner though, which is surprising.

People where chanting his name, stupid as it is.

No way he doesn't become champ

While “Rick Rude” and “Ric Flair”  are just taking IRL last names and making it a adjective to describe characters, they do sound silly and stupid if you didn’t know better.

Granted it doesn’t absolve stupid names given by bookers, but wrestling is filled with stupid names that manage to latch on.
