Saw a good point made on Twitter (I know, I was surprised too!) that while everyone wants to make an Indian star to capture the market, they always make the person they want to do it with a heel. I think Impact is the only company I can recall  that has tried winning over India with a babyface, and not surprisingly their TV deal there ended up being one of their main revenue sources,

I remember reading somewhere that WWE edited shows for the Indian market to make guys like Khali and Jinder look like top babyfaces. Also, I believe India is WWE's #3 market for revenue behind the US and the UK.
