This was all action from the bell as everyone was working their ass off and it was great seeing the RnR & Fants teaming together and working against each other as we had a quick Morton/Rogers exchange. Their exchange led to a great spot where they tagged Hector & Eaton with fists to the face and did a hi-five. Bobby & Hector also had a nice exchange with Eaton hitting him so hard with his right hand that he had to go to the corner and shake it off. The selling in this match by everyone was top notch as all 4 teams looked like they were at the top of their game. The one thing I didn’t like was that we missed the Fants elimination during the commercials and as we came back the Guerreros were getting eliminated. RnR & MX then did their normal great stuff and there was a great finish that actually gets cut off on this but we have it elsewhere. Definite nomination.
October 27, 200717 yr comment_5423164 Man, I really want to like this match but I just didn't. I think missing the Fans elimination during the commercial really soured me on it, much more than missing Black Bart get busted open in the Bart-Gordy match. I'll be interested in Phil's opinion but with 4 of the best teams of the era I was really let down.
October 28, 200717 yr comment_5423208 I thought this was great and think it should definitely go on. The commercial breaks do hurt it, but what we get to see is pretty awesome, to the point where this would probably still be in the top half of my ballot.
November 5, 200717 yr comment_5423502 The commercial breaks just killed this for me. It just ruined the flow of the match for me.
November 12, 200717 yr comment_5423863 I rewatched this tonight, and I am going to go with Will and Shoe here. The big chunk in the middle totally kills the match for me. Basically this is a MX v. R+R's match with a couple of comedy spots in the beginning with the Fans and Guerrerros. There is better MX v. R+R's stuff out there, and there is so much other great stuff with these teams, that I don't think we need a cocktease like this. I am sure if this was on a House Show DVD it would make it, but too cut up for me.
November 12, 200717 yr comment_5423868 Well, I already put this on the block based on your initial comments but I'll flag it in case it becomes a debate.
November 16, 200717 yr comment_5424013 I thought I voted against this already. This was a nothing. Way below the Eddie glbert v Ricky Morton house Show match.
