Posted September 12, 20223 yr comment_5990360 BELIEVE THAT. Also, it's been 1000 days since our Tribal Chief, the Head of the Table, Roman Reigns, has last been pinned. Have you acknowledged him today, bubbas?
September 12, 20223 yr comment_5990362 Raw going up against the premiere of Monday Night Football and the Emmys tonight.
September 12, 20223 yr comment_5990364 Yeah between the Jays playing Tampa Bay tonight and the premiere of MNF, that pretty much ends any chance of me watching Raw live as it happens.
September 13, 20223 yr comment_5990371 I gotta hand it to Seth, he really did get this goofball character over.
September 13, 20223 yr Author comment_5990373 I imagine that the Judgement Day version of Riddle would be that downer stoner who gets all introspective.
September 13, 20223 yr comment_5990374 I joined this in progress with Finn vs. Riddle. Did I miss anything good before that?
September 13, 20223 yr comment_5990376 Well, Dom still sucks on the mic. That Alien shot with Rhea was great though.
September 13, 20223 yr Author comment_5990379 Theory could be a great deconstruction of the "hand-picked ace" archetype, actually.
September 13, 20223 yr Author comment_5990383 Omos just gave the broadcast a Shun Goku Satsu and it went back to the jobbers lying down. Great timing.

That is literally the only excuse for how they’ve booked him, at this point. When you have to go the “high drama” route to explain wrestling stories, though, you are pretty much inherently running cover for lousy booking.
September 13, 20223 yr comment_5990387 Well they couldn't really ignore that Vince was all over TV making sure it was beaten into our heads that Theory was his dude. It's actually pretty brilliant booking when you think about it: they can use the most Vince booking of recent history to call out that 1. yes we know that's what was happening before and 2. KO's promo was literally a how to for Theory to get over and prove himself despite the previous "hand picked" status.
September 13, 20223 yr comment_5990396 I don't give a shit about Theory, but the Chosen One gimmick is a kiss of death. Look at Drew McIntyre. It took him years (and a stint in TNA/EVOLVE purgatory) to live it down.

Dude has been doing shit for how many months now? Doing this baptism by fire stuff is like the only way out of this hole they dug for themselves.
September 13, 20223 yr comment_5990421 All things except Roman losing, that is. I suppose they could do a rehash of the Eurocontinental triple threat at WM2000 where Kurt Angle lost both belts without being involved in either fall. It wouldn't be good, but it's a thing they could do.
September 14, 20223 yr comment_5990429 If anyone wins a belt w/o beating Roman, they'll have all the credibility of an interim UFC champ that got made because Dana didn't want to pay someone.
September 14, 20223 yr comment_5990430 Creeds vs Pretty Deadly in a cage is like something that would main event the Mid South Coliseum in 1984.
September 14, 20223 yr Author comment_5990431 There was this idea I saw on twitter where Sami ended up defending one of the belts. Succeeds once, so he keeps doing it. Then he loses the belt and it leads to Usos vs Sami/KO for the tag belts. You surely could do worse!
September 14, 20223 yr Author comment_5990432 Julius holding both Pretty Deadly guys on his shoulders? On a Double Doomsday Device? This motherfucker HAS A DOG IN HIM
