II is great as fiesty special ref, you then have the fake II come to ringside and kick the real II in the head and count the pin. Not a blow away match like the Loser Leaves town between the four, but I am nominating it.
November 9, 200717 yr comment_5423735 I really enjoyed this match. I thought it would have been a countout finish when the inadvertent tag was made but they finished the match strong. Not a high-end candidate but better than a ton of matches already nominated and passed through. Yes vote from me.
November 12, 200717 yr comment_5423843 Mid-South Tag Titles – SR – Mr. Wrestling II: Junkyard Dog & Mr. Olympia © vs. Ted DiBiase & Hacksaw Duggan (9/1/82) The real II beat up the fake II before the match and is the referee here. DiBiase & Duggan work over Olympia early and II won’t let them do any illegal business here but they would tag in and out keeping the pressure on Olympia. Olympia would get the hot tag to JYD who came in with both guns blazing setting off a 4-way brawl. Duggan would spear II by accident as JYD hits the big Thump on DiBiase as the fake II shows up loading up his boot then kicks II in the head. DiBiase would then load up the glove and KO’s JYD after he hits the Thump on Duggan and gets the pin. This decision would soon be overturned. I liked the 8/18 match better but this one was still really good and it should go on the block.
November 14, 200717 yr comment_5423898 OK, I watched this match and the match I really like is the 8/18 match. This match was ok but not nearly as good as the 8/18 and it didn't really develop like I thought it would.
