I know Devon put this on the woodpile with the reasoning we didn't want too many of one match up on the set and that makes sense. I have a different take. If I think if it's nomination worthy nominate it and let the panel decide. We start with Strike Force hitting the ring and a the fight is on. Strike Force in control working the arm with quick tags. Eventually Tama misses a knee drop and Tito and Martel begin working the knee. This was excellent. Eventually they splashed Tito while had on the Figure 4 and Tito is FIP. The Islanders were great at working Tito's back. Haku even delivers 3 consecutive back breakers. Tito is great here. Martel eventually gets the hot tag and of course Martel is one of the best at it. Martel captures the win with a sunset flip. Strike Force vs. Islanders

Strike Force vs. Islanders (Philly 12/5/87)
-    Great start with Strike Force cleaning house. Martel and Haku facing off… still gold. Martel adds a hurracanrana to his repertoire. Tama gets kicked to the outside and lands on a chair. Islanders regroup. Tama gets his slingshot splash onto the mat with help from Santana. Just a great start to the match. New twist to the match as Haku misses a knee drop so Strike Force decide to destroy his leg. Tito sets up the figure 4 but Tama breaks it up and as Martel is distracting the ref, Tama attacks Tito. They work Tito over and Haku takes me out of it by doing several back breakers and not selling his leg. It looked good but made no sense. They go back to choking Santana just like last month’s match. Vicious clothesline puts him back in my good graces. A new variation where Tama clotheslines Haku out of the ring allowing the hot tag. Martel cleans house but Santana comes in and puts on the figure 4. Haku breaks it up with the headbutt. Santana rolls out and Martel gets a sunset flip for the illegal man win. I am going to nominate it so you guys can decide where it ranks for you but I am not as enthusiastic about this as I am about the other three I nominated. MIDDLE NOMINATION. 

New ring gear for the Islanders! Fun cleaning house from Strike Force. Haku gets his leg worked over. I really liked the rope running sit down splash on the leg. Tama interferes when Tito tries the figure four leading to the FIP. Tito gets his back worked over & is excellent selling. Haku with some nasty back breakers. The big clothesline cut off rules. I wish Dick Graham/Kal Rudman/whomever would stop calling Tama "Toma." Martel's hot tag is tremendous. I like the finishing run a lot with the figure four false finish, the call back to the Islanders stealing the win in the beginning of the series, & the babyface Champs overcoming it by using the same trick to retain the Titles. I'm the opposite of Will here & thought this was firmly better than the 11/7/87 Philly bout. The biggest weakness for me is the crowd wasn't terribly investing throughout big chunks of the match.
