Posted June 5Jun 5 comment_6030830 Hulk Hogan vs. Big Boss Man (Cage Match) (Boston 3/18/89) - Good start. Hogan channeling his inner Kobashi and chopping Boss repeatedly was fun. Boss gets a rope and starts choking Hogan. Now, he has a chain (from Slick) but Hogan blocks and rams Boss in the cage. Both dudes are down for over a minute. Boss prevents Hogan from escaping. After punching Boss down, Hogan gets the chain and busts Boss open. After ramming Boss 3 or 4 times from side to side in the cage, Hogan hits the big leg drop and starts climbing. Slick runs in trying to stop Hogan. Boss is climbing but Hogan pulls him and crotches him. Slick gets leveled by a big punch. He handcuffs Boss and Hogan climbs the cage to win the match. After the match, Hogan beats up on Slick. This one didn’t have the big suplex spot. I enjoyed it enough for a nomination but we need to get the MSG one on so it can be compared. - SOLID NOMINATION.
