Hart Foundation vs. Rougeau Brothers (Meadowlands 9/11/88)
-    Two frogs are thrown in to the ring by the Harts so they were distracted and the Harts attacked. Harts control. Anvil tells Ray to make the tag only to pull him back, punching him for good measure. Bret does the same thing… lets Ray go all the way to the corner to pull him away. They are showing the Rougeaus no respect. This is the type of creativity the last match was missing. They let Ray tag Jacques. Now Jacques is being abused and the Harts are completely working like heels. Bret runs into a Jacques boot to let the Rougeaus take over. OK, now Ray has the chinlock for a heat spot but the crowd does not react. Now a Jacques chinlock. Oh, come the fuck on. Anvil is in and he is actually wrestling with some energy and laying shots in. Great slingshot ram double team move in the corner. Bret gets a piledriver on Ray but Jacques comes from the top rope and covers Bret with Ray for the win. I liked parts of this for it to stand out but the Rougeaus were so much more creative as faces. I like the gimmick but not the work. MIDDLE NOMINATION for comparison sakes.
