Andre and Hogan taking care of John Studd doing arm work like they are the Killer Bees. Hogan tries to slam Studd but puts him down on the apron and Andre slaps him down. Studd has to take a breather. I’ve never even thought of Murdoch and Hogan in the same ring so that will be interesting. The heels get Hogan in the corner and attack like vultures. Arm work from the heels is fine but unspectacular form all three guys. Hogan and Studd exchange clotheslines and Hogan is back in peril. Hogan gets Adonis alone and gets to tag Andre. Andre bumps huge for Andre. Studd tag in and all three heels get stuck in the corner for the battering ram. Andre puts his head down and the heels attack and tag in and out. Murdoch impressively drives his knee in Andre’s neck all the way from the top rope to the mat. NICE! Andre in Studd rest hold peril. He actually nicely gets a front face lock on Studd as Studd controls him on the mat. It didn’t go anywhere but the thought that counts. Andre Angle! Murdoch tags in and chokes Andre with the tag rope. Andre grabbed the rope and wouldn’t let the ref take it away. Andre on his feet and he is choking Murdoch! Nice. Hogan tags in and lights Murdoch up. Adonis tries to interfere and gets tangles in the ropes so they do the best friends collide spot. Hogan ends up in peril and Adonis hooks Goodnight Irene and the crowd is coming alive but they have been subdued and actively hurt an exciting match. Hogan stays in peril and the heels work him over with varying interest. Studd almost puts the crowd to sleep but Hogan mixes in enough hope spots to keep me interested. Double noggin knocker allows Andre to get the hot tag. All 5 men end up in the ring and Hogan and Andre clear them out. Studd leaves and Andre begins to chase him out of the arena as Hogan gets double teamed inside. Andre comes back. He was the legal man and gets a big splash on Murdoch for the win. This is a SOLID NOMINATION. It would have been epic if the crowd was with them. As it stands, the crowd hurt the match.
