Hulk Hogan, Roddy Piper & Billy Jack Haynes vs. Adrian Adonis, Paul Orndorff & Hercules (Elimination Match) (Boston 3/7/87)
-    Adrian Adonis & Hercules Interview / Hulk Hogan & Roddy Piper Interview.
-    1st & 2nd Elimination: Sometimes happy accidents occur. Piper and Hogan were supposed to whip Hercules and Adonis into each other. Well, Piper never whipped Hercules so instead of a noggin knocker, we got an avalanche splash that worked out better. All of the heels have to regroup outside. Roddy gets his chant and cheers. Hogan and Hercules start. Hogan softens him up and tags in Billy Jack. Orndorff and Billy Jack have a great exchange ending in a Haynes cross body for two. Adonis gets in and lit up by the faces. When Roddy tags in, he rapidly tags out. The story is Adonis doesn’t want that Piper smoke. Orndorff-Piper square off. Piper, Hogan & Haynes work on Orndorff’s arm. These guys are putting in work. Haynes ends up in the heel corner, 3 on 1. WILD exchange when Haynes lights Herc up with strikes and punches in the corner. An Irish whip reversal allows Hercules to give his Kobashi lariat to Haynes and wipe him out. Adonis has no problem tagging in on a wounded animal. With Haynes down, he gives Piper a cheap shot. As Adrian lifts Haynes up for an atomic drop, Piper gets the tag and finally goes inside with Adonis. Adonis still bumping like crazy. They all fight outside. Adonis tried hitting Piper with a chair but Piper kicked it in his face. The faces are inside and Piper has a chair. Piper and Adonis are both eliminated. Piper refuses to leave. Hogan raises his hand for his cheers and he leaves. The first fall alone would be an easy nomination. 
-    3rd elimination: Hogan is focused on Orndorff with a chair outside. Hercules comes from behind with his Hanen lariat and lays him out. He lays his nasty punches in to Hogan and tags Orndorff. Hogan in peril. Hogan fights off both guys but Orndorff cuts him off with a knee lift.  A miscommunication spot saw Orndorff ram into Hercules and Hogan grabbed a school boy for the pin.
-    4th elimination: Orndorff is pissed and won’t leave. Hercules and Haynes are fighting in the ring. Orndorff is punishing Hogan some more. Paul punches the ref and still won’t leave. The ref recovers quicker than any ref in history. As the ref is pre-occupied, Hercules gives Haynes a low blow and elbow drop and Hercules is out. Really smart way to do this elimination! 
-    Final elimination: Hogan and Hercules are left. Hercules softens Hogan up and puts him in the torture rack. Hogan did not give up but Hercules tosses him away anyway. Hercules goes for a pin but it’s a 2 count and a hulk up. Hogan does his comeback and leg drop. Hogan is the sole survivor. This match was AWESOME. After the first eliminations, everything else was rushed but the eliminations all felt earned. EASY NOMINATION.
