Honky punches Koko twice in the face and Koko flips him around in an atomic drop and body slam. This felt really fluid. Koko is so energized and Honky wants to go to the back but hart talks him back to the ring. Honky and Koko tease throwing hands bhut Honky retreats in the corner. Koko is still on offense and Honky is stooging and showing ass. Great spot where Koko escapes a headlock, tries a hip toss, reversed by Honky and Honky tries a fist drop and punches the mat. Commercial break breaks the flow., We come back and Honky is in control. Honky going straight Memphis now. He jaws with a fan at ringside with Koko in a headlock. He punches Koko in the head and keeps talking. He tries another punch, Koko hooks the headlock and punches Honky in the head. NICE! Honky hits the kitchen sink and Honky starts dancing. 2nd rope fist drop hits its target for two. Honky is disrespecting Koko. He rams the back of his head in the turnbuckle and Koko takes a nasty spill outside. Back inside, he drops a 2nd rope elbow drop. The crowd starts chanting “Greaseball” at Honky. Koko sunset flip for two. Honky clothesline cuts off the comeback. Honky head vice kills the vibe but Koko fights out and Koko rams Honky in the turnbuckle. Koko comes back with the back drop, headbutt¸ punches and dropkick. Another dropkick sends Honky out and he takes a nasty spill. Wow. This has been a fight. Koko tries a suplex inside but Jimmy Hart grabs Koko’s foot and Honky falls on top for three. What a miscarriage of justice!!! Great match. SOLID – STRONG NOMINATION. One of Honky’s best. It is like these two remembered they were both from Memphis and could manipulate crowds.
