Paul Orndorff & King Kong Bundy vs. Don Muraco & Bob Orton Jr. (Tunney Memorial; Toronto 3/15/87)
-    Awkward heel vs. heel match. Everyone is unlikeable. Orton is great at being a coward facing down Bundy. I get a kick out of the heels having no problem choking Orndorff in the corner, as they both had problems with him the year before. Orndorff head claps Muraco and tags in Bundy for the big tag. Bundy gives Muraco the avalanche. Orton then rakes Bundy’s eyes, tags and knocks Bundy silly with a forearm. He drops elbows on Bundy and gets a two. Orndorff gets the hot heel tag and cleans up on Orton. Fuji gave Muraco the cane. He went to hit Orndorff but missed and hit his own partner. The crowd gave Orndorff a huge pop when he won the match. They even cheered when they were announced as the winners. Another LOW LEVEL NOMINATION for a match I wish we had that went 12-15 minutes. Orton remains and MVP for this project.
