Posted June 28Jun 28 comment_6031910 RANDY SAVAGE & ADRIAN ADONIS vs BRUNO SAMMARTINO & TITO SANTANA (06/14/1986; WWF MSG; New York, NY; 00:11:46) - Randy Savage & Adrian Adonis Interview. EXTRA. - The faces run down and get ambushed so they all start brawling. Adrian is bumping like a maniac. Savage tossed over the top rope. Both heels have been cleared from the ring. Savage tosses a chair in the ring and Bruno throws it back at him. Adonis comes in and Tito whips him in to the ring post in a wild bump. Tito beating up on Adonis inside while Bruno tries to go for Savage who has his human shield. Adonis and Tito go outside and Adrian slams Tito on the floor. This has been wild and the bell has not rung. Savage goes to the top of the turnbuckle to taunt and Bruno just punches him down. HE whips him and gives him a big boot for a 2 count. FUCK… Bruno punts Savage in the chest. Tito I n and a punch to the gut. Tito sees Adrian and kicks him and punches him off the apron. Alfred calls it a Mexican hammer. Tito slings Savage into Bruno’s boot and Bruno rams him into the turnbuckle form the apron. Savage is being abused and the crowd has not let up the entire time. Bruno abuses Savage and allows him to tag Adonis as Bruno calls him in. Adonis is amazing eating punches from both Bruno and Tito. The crowd loves this!!! Crazy cross body where Tito almost completely missed his mark. Adrian gets a Saito suplex and tags Savage as Tito tags Bruno. The faces are giving the heels nothing. Bruno is destroying Savage and it’s been so fun to watch. This is a crazy squash match where the guys being squashed are main eventers. Savage crawls away from Bruno and sticks his head out of the ring. Tito walks over and kicks him in the head WTF!!! THEN TITO THROWS A CHAIR AT HIS HEAD!!! Bruno makes a cover but Savage’s leg is on the ropes. Tito is tagged in and throws a forearm into Savage who is forced into his corner and Adonis tags in. Adonis kicks Tito and punches him in the face. Adonis slams Tito and goes up top. Super splash meets knees. Macho ax handle keeps Tito from tagging Bruno. Elbow drop from Adonis misses but he tags Savage and Tito gets the Bruno tag. Adonis hammers Tito out of the ring and into a ring post. Bruno is mauling Savage inside and then pounds on Savage on the apron. Tito grabs Jimmy Hart outside but Adonis saves him. Bruno goes to save Tito and then Savage comes off the top with an ax handle and beats the count and wins the match by count out. That was the best way to finish a match where nobody was getting pinned. HOLY SHIT… THIS WAS PURE ADRENALINE for 11 straight minutes. One of my favorite viewing experiences so far. SLAM DUNK NOMINATION.
