The Brainbusters vs. Demolition (WWF Superstars 11/4/89)

-          Demolition clears the ring early and the crowd is hot. Were they already sweetening the crowd sound because the crowd background does not match the sound. Arn delivers an elbow point to turn the ride against Smash. Great spot by Tully to trip Smash as he is delivering a suplex to Arn who gets the tag and continues to work over Smash. AN Irish whip sends Tully into Arn’s knee but he gets the tag at the same time. Smash is still in trouble. Another suplex knocks out both guys. Ax cleans house. Smash gets a stun gun on Arn. They hit Decapitation and got a clean pin on Tully!!!! Wait… they won the belts?!?!?! Well, this is definitely an EXTRA. Minimal Demolition offense. Great finish. Great tag work form Brainbusters. SOLID NOMINATION.
