Ray leapfrogs nobody and ends up with an Anvil dropkick for his troubles. Bret and Jacques square off. No handshake. 2nd attempt and Jacques swings an Irish whip reversal into a flip off Bret’s back. More stalling. We get the oversell in the corner of a Bret elbow. Harts pound away at Ray and double team him. Bret gets tripped by Jacques on a whip and the Rougeaus take over. The Rougeaus do their chin locks. Welp. They do the sweet slam into the gut-buster. Ray whips Bret in the corner and runs for a monkey flip. Bret gets the inverse atomic drop and a hot tag to Anvil. Nice 2nd rope elbow/back breaker for two. Bret has a sleeper (that he never does) and an illegal ax handle smash gives the Rougeaus the win. Eh. I think the stuff that both teams did is outdone at SummerSlam with different opponents. This was pretty good but may not be essential. MIDDLE NOMINATION.
