Posted November 25, 200717 yr comment_5424502 Ep. 5 (only 20 minutes long) Hercules Hernandez vs. Koko Ware (JIP) - I wish there was more shown of this as Herc is bleeidng profusely. Fantastics vs. Jobbers (from TV) Chavo Guerrero vs. Jesse Barr (from Houston) (Power Pro 3) - Phil thought this was fun JIP but this one is full. I don't know if it is enough for a nomination but it is probably better than several of the 4 minute Street matches being put on. I am going to nominate it and see if we can get it on the ballot. Ep. 6 Recap of Kerry winning World Title Recap of Kerry losing World Title Ric Flair vs. John King (Georgia clip) Midnight Express & Cornette vs. RNR & Duggan (New Orleans) (Power Pro 3) - Robert Gibson is taken out at the start by the dreaded ether. It ends up mainly as a straight tag between the MX and Duggan/Morton. Fuck, Duggan & Moprton would have been a great big man/little man team. For all the stuff we have watched, did you guys just decide you didn't like this match or haven't watched it yet? This is a nomination although a step below the 20 minute + six-mans. Magnum TA vs. Buddy Landel (subbing for Ladd) (from TV) -Laddd comes out and nails TA with the steel case Fantastics Sharp Dressed Man Music Video -EXTRA

Shown in full here and really nice opening work. Including a neat twisting out of a headscissors.Technical face v face 9 minute match feels like low end nomination but can't imagine not nominating. Not something I would want to go to wall for either but feels like worth discussing.

December 10, 200717 yr comment_5425046 Chavo Guerrero vs. Jesse Barr (7/29/83) Joel Watts not only announces over this but is the referee. This had a lot of great back and forth mat wrestling with both men showing their expertise on the mat. It would break down though into a slugfest but Chavo would win that battle and used a German Suplex hold to win. The comparison to the Street matches is fine but the difference is that Street's gimmick puts him over the top. I really liked this and I have no problem with it being on the list.
