Posted December 8, 200717 yr comment_5424883 Ricky Steamboat & Jay Youngblood vs. Jack & Jerry Brisco - Shit, this match had a great buildup which can be found on my Steamboat comp but I liked the Slater/Orton tag much better. Still, Youngblood and Steamboat had some nice double teams and both Briscos are great sellers. The Briscos offense pales in comparison to the faces but when Brisco had Steamboat as FIP, you could tell the difference in interest compared to younglbood in the earlier tag. This will make a set but it shouldn't be the most popular tag of the night.
December 24, 200717 yr comment_5425818 NWA World Tag Titles - SR: Angelo Mosca: Jack & Jerry Brisco © vs. Ricky Steamboat & Jay Youngblood (11/24/83) This was a damn good wrestling match with everyone looking really good especially Steamboat. The Briscos were such a great team and I was always a fan of their style of wrestling as it was just so different. I did feel bad for these guys as they had to follow the dog collar match but they held their own. Mosca would get involved of course but it really didn't affect the finish that much although the Briscos would get revenge after the match. Solid nomination.
June 27, 201312 yr comment_5549069 Another solid nomination. Steamer and Youngblood run off their gauntlet of double team moves. The Briscos looked good here too. This feud got pretty personal. I wish we had one of their bloody battles that made tape.
