Posted December 9, 200717 yr comment_5424927 Ricky Steamboat vs. Ric Flair - This may be my least favorite Flair-Steamer matchup inlcuding the 1984 match and the handhelds. Still, so many people have called this the greatest match of all-time that it has to go on.
December 9, 200717 yr comment_5424953 Yeah, it has to go on. I like it less every time I watch it, even though I acknowledge it's a great match. Steamboat spending the whole match weakening Flair's arm so he can try to get another victory with the chickenwing is nice. The chop battle is awesome. The Wrestlemania III wink-wink finish is fine with me too. This just isn't as fun as the other matches, although I think "The Final Countdown" video should be put before this match when this is on the DVD.

December 18, 200717 yr comment_5425529 This is probably their flashiest match of the series and it's definitely different compared to the others plus the judging adds an extra touch. Like I said before I prefer the NO match but this is awesome as well and their most acclaimed match so a slam dunk nomination.
