First off, a guy has to be thrown out of the cage. For a standard sized cage, a guy has to climb the cage to be put in the position to be tossed over. Why in the hell would anyone climb the corner? They can be thrown out the door but with only one door, only one set of wrestlers can be at the door at any given time. I think if the cage was about the same height as the wrestlers, you could still have some awesome cage bumps as well as a more reasonable way of getting guys out of the ring. Once the belts and boots are taken off, the action picks up immensely with some nasty weapons shots and belt choking. Arn, Tully and Luger all eliminating each other left little doubt who would win between Dusty and Barbarian. This was actually pretty action packed and I'll throw it on as a low level nomination.
June 10, 201312 yr comment_5547439 I enjoyed this for the most part. The early fighting was well done. I thought Ivan did a great job in finding interesting things to do. Some of the eliminations were really dramatic. With that said the match went too long and dragged in spots. That is what keeps it out as a nomination for me.
December 8, 20159 yr comment_5714011 Steel Cage Bunkhouse Stampede - Participants: Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard, Dusty Rhodes, Ivan Koloff, Lex Luger, The Powers of Pain (The Barbarian & The Warlord), & Road Warrior Animal This was very fun for what it was but I can't in good spirits give this a nomination because of how long it went plus the rules that was involved was convoluted. There was some good action in this but it was a clusterfuck in many ways. The fans also lost hope on a different winner when Dusty was left with Barbarian so they got deflated in a way.
