Eaton's botched bulldog attempt into a corner crotch drop was really awesome. Hell, he takes a great bump outside the ring as well. While none of the guys were really being pushed heavily at the time, the crowd was really into this. Hell, once Bobby makes the hot tag this is nothing but non-stop action. Damn, I don't think I have ever heard of this match getting positive pub but I think this is an easy nomination and would put it up against all but the highest end of Mid South six mans.
January 6, 200817 yr comment_5426462 Yeah this was a total blast, while Tomk and I were watching this, we were thinking that this Philly match might be better then any ECW match ever. Eaton is so amazing here, there is a bunch of fun tag comedy spots at the begginning with Eaton playing the face role as opposed to his normal heel role. Crazy bumps galore, great looking punches, just a spectacular performance. Samoans were a ton of fun too, and Williams is an awesome hot tag. Great, great stuff, and a disc match for sure.

January 6, 200817 yr comment_5426474 Samoans competing with Bobby Eaton to see who bigger bump freaks amusing. And so used to Eaton as guy who is befuddled and comedicly gets caught in cross cross interaction---awesome to see him on wiining side of that type of spot. Eaton's variation of Adonsi bulldog driven into corner bump also just nasty nasty crotch bump. After seeing lots of good Stan Lane, 89ish Stan Lane is more trhe Stan Lane I remember.
August 5, 201411 yr comment_5617261 This is a solid nomination. If Lane didn't fuck up the timing before the finish it might have been a high end nomination . Eaton's punches , his bumping, and his FIP was simply amazing. Doc as the ass kicking force of nature was tremendous. His hot tag was just wow. It might be the best Doc ever looked in WCW. The Samoans were damn good feeding Doc and kicking ass themselves . The bite mark on Eaton made me pop.
