Randy Orton

I really hate to pick Orton here, but it's hard to compare his push with Tajiri's. Tajiri's a far superior worker, but is going to be stuck in the midcard and probably will never have a cup of coffee with the main event, while Orton will get opportunity after opportunity, no matter how much he bombs. A really reluctant pick here.

Tajiri

Even though Tajiri's best work is outside of the WWF, all Randy Orton has going for him is The Push.

Tajiri

Seriously, all Orton has going for him at this point in time is the "youngest World Champion ever" tag, which they only gave him to spite Brock. Tajiri is a much better worker, as previously mentioned.

Randy Orton

Neither have really done anything in WWE. Tajiri has been bounced around and won some tag gold. Orton has been bounced around and randomly won IC and World Title gold. I think that Tajiri is the better worker but he doesn't really get a chance to prove it in WWE.

Double Count Out

Ok, Tajiri.

At least Tajiri has always got the reaction he was meant to get. He's a far better worker, far more entertaining, and a far better human being. Sure, Randy has been on top, but if that was the sole factor in the voting, then it would make the whole tournament pointless.

Tajiri. Face Orton just completely bombed, though he isn't that bad in the ring. I just like Tajiri more.

Randy Orton, because sadly enough, Tajiri is never going to get past the mid-card level. Orton already has, even though his push hasn't been met with much success.

Tajiri

Tajiri gets the nod on the basis of workrate and overness at the level of the card he was used at.

Orton-mania never really took off as much as the WWE tried to force it to.

Tajiri. Orton's body of work is much smaller. Tajiri has been around since early 2001, Orton debuted in 2003 and promply got injured and was out for months and then got injured again, derailing the start of th Evolution gimmick. He got over as a heel and then died as a face. Tajiri wins for being consistantly entertaining and better in the ring.
