Pez Watley & Mr. Wrestling #2 vs. Larry Zbyzsko & Tully Blanchard (Elimination Match) (Georgia 7/2/83)

- This is an elimination match. Larry & Tully go to town as Pez plays the FIP. Pez gets eliminated and When II gets in, he also gets manhandled by the heels. I believe Tully gets eliminated by DQ by refusing to break when the ref calls for it. Shortly, after, II pins Larry with a rollup for the win. This is what I like to see. If Georgia just gave their TV matches time to develop, It allows for better and more enjoyable matches. Nomination.

II’s mask vs. $25,000: Pistol Pez Whatley & Mr. Wrestling II vs. Tully Blanchard & Larry Zbyszko (7/2/83)

This match was on a weird round system and the 1st round would end in a time limit draw as both teams couldn’t get the advantage for enough time. Round 2 would end up with the faces getting DQed for Tully getting thrown over the top rope thus leaving II alone against the heels but the round would end in a draw. Round 3 would start with II still in a handicap situation and getting his ass kicked although he would fight hard. II would get double teamed until Scrappy McGowan DQed Tully for not leaving the ring thus making it one-on-one. Zbyszko would get a pinfall on II but was holding the ropes so Mr. Wrestling ran in and told McGowan what happened which led to Zbyszko getting cradled for the win. This was quite the interesting match and it was pretty good. I’m throwing it on the block.
