Ric Flair vs. Ole Anderson (Indian Strap Match) (21:11)

- Both guys are pretty reserved in the early part with Flair trying to get Ole on the ground and Ole grabbing onto Flair's arm. It picks up midway through with more brawling and incorporating the strap into the match. This started off slow but the 2nd half makes this a keeper. Nomination.

Indian Strap Match for the NWA World Heavyweight Title: "Nature Boy" Ric Flair © vs. Ole Anderson (10/17/81)

Yeah they work the early part of this match like a regular match although Ole uses the strap a little bit to choke Flair and to keep him near him so he could strike him. Flair kicks up the aggression by firing shots at Ole then using the strap to bring him back for more punishment and now it's getting good. Ole is the first one to go for the corners but he misses at 3 and Flair goes nuts on him hitting him with fists, elbows, & forearms. After some more strap play, Flair would get the figure-four getting the crowd going big and then he started swinging the strap weakening Ole to the point where he drug him around the ring to all the corners but again Ole found a way to survive. Ole would climb up top and Flair pulled him off which was always a great spot in the match before he started touching the corners and before he got to the 4th one, Ivan ran out to attack him but it backfired as Flair would get the corner anyway. Wahoo would run out to save Flair from the double-team. Very fun match and this moves forward fairly easily.
