Posted December 16, 200717 yr comment_5425379 Lex Luger vs. Brian Pillman - Another great Luger match in 1989. Seriously, I could watch Luger vs. Pillman anytime. There was some sloppiness involved but the body was good enough to overlook this. The ending was also great with Luger smashing a chair on PIllman for the pin leading to him working Pillman over with the chair and putting him in the Torture Rack. Sting comes in to end the carnage and it results in Sting slapping Luger. Solid nomination.

August 13, 201411 yr comment_5618718 I'll give this a solid nomination. They did some fun intricate spots that had some good payoffs. Luger sold his ass off for Pillman . So when Luger got the heat on Pillman it meant more . Their was some sloppiness, but both guys covered well. I liked the finish , but the ref KO was a bit long per the bump he took. I've always been a mark for the underdog babyface vs. Main event heel . Luger was also great at working the crowd which really is a missed art today in wrestling .
