Rock N Roll Express vs. Ragin' & Ravishin'

- Damn, I would have loved a singles match between Morton and Manny. Early on, Fernandez gets frustrated by the RNR. After an extended RNR shine section, the heels work over Gibson's leg including a nice off the top rope knee from Manny Fernandez. Rude's leg work wasn't really inspired but it was great to see Robert give Rude a backdrop and collapse because of the weakened leg. Next up, after working over Robert's leg, they work over Ricky's arm. After an extended FIP, Gibson comes in and lights up Ragin' Bull. Gibson gets a roll-up but Rude gives him a vicious clotheline that whips Manny on top to give Ragin' & Ravishin' the pin and the titles. You really didn't get too many matches like this on free studio TV back in the day. The weakest point was Rude's offense or lack thereof as you could tell he was still findiing his way but the other three more than made up for it. Nomination.

Midnight Express vs. South & King

Ragin' Bull & Rick Rude Interview

Best of Championship Wrestling or NWA Pro Wrestling 12/6/86

We start the show with Tony holding the bronze boot award for the Bunkhouse Stampede before bringing out Ivan & Krusher who are still US Tag Champs and they promise to win the Stampedes and destroy Nikita.

Ragin & Ravishing (Manny Fernandez & Rick Rude) vs. Eddie Roberts & Alan West (12/2/86)

Paul Jones has his black hat on to cover his bald head of course. Ragin & Ravishing manhandle these guys.

Barry Windham makes his debut here in a promo with Tony and he said that he has come back for Ric Flair and his goal is to be next NWA Champ.

Tully & Dillon is out next with Tully holding the NWA World TV Title belt which he won at Starrcade and Dillon said that even though the Andersons didn't win at Starrcade they would win the belts soon. Tully then mocks the Super Powers for both losing in their chance to honor Magnum TA.

Barry Windham vs. Mike Simani (12/2/86)

Windham looks strong in his debut.

Brad Armstrong vs. Ron Rossi (12/2/86)

Brad hits a big missile dropkick off the top quickly to win.

MX & Bubba are alone here as Cornette was injured at Starrcade so Condrey is the main promo man and he vows revenge for what the Roadies did to Cornette at Starrcade.

NWA World TV Title: Tully Blanchard © vs. John Savage (12/2/86)

Tully is back as champ and is a dominant one.

Chief Wahoo McDaniel & Baron Von Raschke vs. Vernon Deaton & Tony Zane (12/2/86)

Baron & Wahoo as The Odd Couple is a hoot.

Next we get the Starrcade video.

The Super Powers are out next for a promo talking about Tully & Dillon being fools and both talk about how they would get their revenge soon.

Flair is out next wearing a black fur coat talking about how he & Tully did what they said they were going to do and they beat The Super Powers. Flair then said he took just a part of his payday and bought a $25,000 mink coat. Flair then sent warning to the RnR that the Andersons were coming for them. Extra material.

Arn Anderson vs. Keith Patterson (12/2/86)

Patterson gives Arn some fits early on but he eats a Gourdbuster soon thereafter.

Animal & Ellering are out next for a promo talking about winning the Skywalkers match and that Cornette can't run anymore.

"Gorgeous" Jimmy Garvin vs. Randy Mulkey (12/2/86)

Everyone is wearing matching sky blue here which was cute. Garvin wins this easily with help from his friends of course.

RnR are out next cutting a promo talking about how tough the cage match was when Paul Jones came out and told them that if they wanted to face a real team then they needed to face Ragin & Ravishing. Morton then goes off on Jones and tells him to get his boys ready.

"Russian Nightmare" Nikita Koloff vs. Mike Simani (12/2/86)

Nikita wins quickly with the Russian Sickle. Flair would then show up at ringside and baited Nikita so Arn, Tully, & Dillon could come out to jump Nikita until Dusty ran out to make the save. Extra material.

Best of Championship Wrestling or World Wide Wrestling 12/6/86

This starts with Bob Caudle holding the bronze boot before Windham came out talking about winning the Stampedes. Wahoo & Baron then come out talking about their issues with the Andersons. Wahoo calling his team the Big 8 Wrecking Crew was a nice touch since he graduated from Oklahoma and Baron from Nebraska.

The Midnight Express ("Loverboy" Dennis Condrey & "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) vs. "White Lightning" Tim Horner & Nelson Royal (12/2/86)

Baby Doll surprisingly works here as Cornette's replacement which shocks David & Tony. Horner & Royal give the MX a battle early on until Bubba gets involved allowing Royal to get pinned.

The Super Powers join Bob Caudle next talking about Starrcade and that they would be getting their revenge soon. Dusty then said that Baby Doll joining the MX was a big mistake.

"Hands of Stone" Ronnie Garvin vs. John Savage (12/2/86)

Good to see Mr. Torture back on TV and he wins by KO in seconds.

Ivan & Krusher join Bob Caudle next talking about Nikita & the Stampedes.

Ragin & Ravishing (Manny Fernandez & Rick Rude) vs. Vernon Deaton & Ron Rossi (12/2/86)

Another easy win for the new RnR.

Animal & Ellering join Caudle next for a promo about the Skywalkers match and now Baby Doll with the MX. Baby Doll then comes out shouting at Ellering before Bubba pulls her away.

Barry Windham vs. Bill Mulkey (12/2/86)

Mulkey jumps him at the bell and he paid dearly for that one.

Flair then cuts a promo with Bob Caudle about the Super Powers and how they can't beat him & Tully. Flair said that you have to have a gold belt to be cool. Extra material.

Jim Crockett is out next with Bob Caudle along with Denny Brown & Hector Guerrero and he said that he has signed a series of matches between Denny & Hector during the Bunkhouse Stampede tour. Both men talk about how much they respect each other and how the best man will win.

RnR is out next with Bob Caudle talking about how they would wrestle Ragin & Ravishing any time and any place.

Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard vs. Randy Mulkey & Keith Patterson (12/2/86)

Easy win for the Horsemen.

The Kansas Jayhawks (Bobby Jaggers & Dutch Mantell) vs. Eddie Roberts & Alan West (12/2/86)

Jayhawks look good here.

Tully & Dillon are out next in their Bunkhouse Stampede attire and say that Dusty should quit talking because they are yesterday's news.

Dundee, Garvin, & Precious were out next talking about stuff and he said that Denny Brown was scared of him and decided to defend against a wetback instead. Garvin talks about Barry Windham saying that he isn't so hot.

World Championship Wrestling 12/6/86

NWA World TV Title: Tully Blanchard © vs. Mike Jackson (12/6/86)

Jackson gives Tully a fight here and even starts working over a cut over Tully's head which brings out some rare TV juice. Tully gets angry over this and starts taking it to Jackson before dropping him with the Slingshot Suplex. Fun for what it was.

RnR are out next for a promo with the crowd going nuts for them and Morton said that he loves seeing smiles on faces which was a line ahead of it's time.

Next we get a promo from Baby Doll along with the MX & Bubba and she said that she is here as a favor for Cornette and his mother.

Brad Armstrong vs. Vernon Deaton (12/6/86)

Brad is very impressive here.

Paul Jones along with Ragin & Ravishing are out next with the fans going nuts chanting BALD HEADED GEEK at Paul who is wearing his hat. Paul's boys talk about wanting the RnR and say they should man up because wrestling is a tough business.

The Roadies & Ellering are out next for a promo talking about the Skywalkers match they were having with the MX that night in Cleveland.

Arn Anderson vs. Alan Martin (12/6/86)

Arn toys with Martin before finishing him off with the Gourdbuster.

The Super Powers are out next with Dusty wearing his big ass fucking fur coat talking about how he handles his business with women and how he is ready for war in the Bunkhouse Stampede. Extra material.

Paul Jones comes back out demanding a shot at the NWA World Tag Titles on TV today.

The Midnight Express ("Loverboy" Dennis Condrey & "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) vs. Art Pritts & Dave Spearman (12/6/86)

Baby Doll makes her TBS debut with the MX here and again it's a strange sight to see. MX just nukes these guys.

Flair comes out next for a promo talking about how he is dressed for Wall Street and brags about how rich and great he is. Flair is also pissed off because he is doing chain/bullrope matches against The Super Powers. Arn, Tully, & Dillon would join him as well which was fun. Extra material.

Barry Windham vs. Randy Barber (12/6/86)

Windham makes his TBS debut and he takes care of Barber easily.

Jim Crockett then comes out with Paul Jones and the RnR who say that they would defend their titles on TV today even if they were banged up so they signed the contracts.

Windham comes out for a promo and said that he is so excited to be in the area and he is coming for Ric Flair.

"Russian Bear" Ivan Koloff & Krusher Khruschev vs. Bill & Randy Mulkey (12/6/86)

Mulkeymania has no chance here.

NWA World Tag Titles: The Rock n Roll Express (Robert Gibson & Ricky Morton) © vs. Ragin & Ravishing (Manny Fernandez & Rick Rude) (12/6/86)

Morton's left arm is bandaged up heavily so you know what the heels are going to be going for. Morton & Gibson though come out firing on all cylinders to start just whipping the heels from pillar to post as the crowd and David Crockett goes nuts. The heels though would eventually wear Gibson down working over his bad left leg and Gibson was extremely solid here selling all the punishment. Manny & Rude were very effective here switching in and out to continue the pressure. Crockett was even more pro babyface than normal here rooting heavily for the Express especially when Morton got the hot tag. Morton comes in and wails away but they get him down soon enough where they focus on his left arm of course. Morton was tremendous here working FIP trying his best to fight to get the tag to Gibson while the pitbulls are eating him alive. Then you have the banter with Paul Jones telling Morton to find someone to quit for him and Morton said they would have to break his arm first. Morton would get a desperation inverted atomic drop on Rude which allowed him to tag in Gibson who ran wild here getting a sleeper on Bull. Rude would attack him but a one-armed Morton made the save as Gibson got Manny in an O'Connor Roll where Rude would nail him with a big clothesline causing Manny to roll over to win the titles. After the match we get a celebration promo from the heels. This was an AMAZING match and one of the best tag matches we will see on this set. Grand slam nomination.

World Championship Wrestling Sunday Edition 12/7/86

Total domination here by the Russians.

NWA World TV Title: Tully Blanchard © vs. Keith Patterson (12/9/86)

Tully wins this fairly easily.

Arn looks good here.

The Super Powers are out next for a promo talking about coming for the Horsemen.

The Midnight Express ("Loverboy" Dennis Condrey & "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) vs. Rocky King & George South (12/9/86)

No Baby Doll here as the MX handle their business with ease.

Paul Jones is out next with Ragin & Ravishing talking about becoming the new NWA World Tag Champs and Jones said that money buys happiness.

Garvin & Precious are out next for a promo where he said that he can't get any satisfaction as Brad Armstrong won't come out and face him like a man.

US Tag Titles: "Russian Bear" Ivan Koloff & Krusher Khruschev © vs. "Hands of Stone" Ronnie Garvin & Barry Windham (12/9/86)

The faces look strong early on taking it to Ivan getting some nearfalls on him before Krusher comes in where he gets worked over as we go to break then come back with him working over Garvin so we miss the change of direction. Garvin would make the hot tag to Windham who runs wild on Krusher as the crowd goes nuts. Krusher would grab the chain and used it on Ronnie as it's mass confusion before Barry got a sunset flip off the apron on Krusher to win the titles. Spartanburg loses their mind for this. It sucks we don't have the heat section here.

Then we get a promo with the new champs with Tony talking about their victory.

World Championship Wrestling 12/13/86

The Rock n Roll Express vs. Brodie Chase & Tony Zane (12/13/86)

RnR are trying to fight their way back to the titles and get a good win here. They cut a promo with Tony afterwards about getting the belts back.

"Russian Nightmare" Nikita Koloff vs. Alan Martin (12/13/86)

Nikita just kills Martin then cuts a promo with Dusty next talking about coming for the NWA World Tag Titles soon as well as talking about Ivan and the Horsemen. Dusty talking about being Funky Like a Monkey was hilarious.

The Minnesota Wrecking Crew (ole & Arn Anderson) vs. Randy Mulkey & Mike Simani (12/13/86)

Dusty pissed off the Andersons so they take it on these guys.

Tully & Dillon are out next for a promo about wanting Nikita's US Heavyweight Title and Dusty of course.

NWA World TV Title: Tully Blanchard © vs. Bill Mulkey (12/13/86)

Mulkeymania gets a TV title shot and fails miserably.

Jim Cornette makes his return to TV and says that no one will be able to get rid of him especially the Road Warriors. Cornette then proceeds to cut an AWESOME promo about what he went through. Slam dunk extra.

The Midnight Express ("Loverboy" Dennis Condrey & "Beautiful" Bobby Eaton) vs. Rocky King & George South (12/13/86)

MX wins this fairly easily while Cornette on commentary says that his boys want the US Tag Titles. Cornette then cuts another great promo afterwards.

The Road Warriors (Animal & Hawk) vs. Clement Fields & Paul Garner (12/13/86)

Total destruction with a fun promo from the Roadies afterwards.

Paul Jones along with Ragin & Ravishing are out next for a fun promo ripping up the Rock n Rolls and call out the Super Powers, Roadies, and Garvin/Windham.

Barry Windham vs. Larry Stevens (12/13/86)

Easy win for Barry.

Ragin & Ravishing (Manny Fernandez & Rick Rude) vs. Randy Barber & Pat O'Brian (12/13/86)

These jobbers have no chance against the new champs who are getting more awesome by the week. This was total abuse.

Windham comes out next saying that what just happened was a shame and that it wouldn't happen against him & Garvin. Windham then warns Flair that he is next.

Jimmy Garvin & Precious are out next for a promo calling out Brad Armstrong saying that he was a coward as well as Dusty & Windham.

Tabb with his Road Warrior haircut is hilarious.

The Barbarian vs. Robert Burroughs (12/13/86)

Barbarian destroys this guy.

The Four Horsemen are out next in full and everyone is great here on the stick especially Arn who was on fire wanting gold. Extra material.
