Posted December 18, 200717 yr comment_5425542 Next up (confirmed)... Memphis Joshi For these two sets, we will be working on both simultaneously. Loss has already started knocking out the Joshi Ginnetty discs and I will start copying Memphis sets for Phil & Kris over the holidays or early January. After those two, we can look at the following... Portland (tentative)... I want to see how much we can locate from 1985-89. World Class / Texas - I know we have Southwest as part of the World Class set now but it might be served better in other U.S. We'll keep both territories in a Texas folder now with the rights to change if need be. AWA - KHawk will jump on board for this set. NWA - I have been going through my collection trying to get an idea if this set will be feasible as one set. We also need to determine what territories will be a part of it and which ones won't. Europe - We still need a ton of World of Sport and some tapes from Lynch Lucha - Jose is crazy busy right now. We'll see where his head is at after Joshi and Memphis. Islands - I can send Phil the Puerto Rico I have but I haven't seen much of anything from other territories. All Japan and New Japan - Dan has told me that we will eventually have all season sets for these two groups but he just moved and has been busy so these may take awhile to collect, not to mention that it will take a year to go through all the footage. Other U.S. - We need to decide what territories will go here and how much footage exists from those territories. I am including Florida and the "Solie" set in here for now until we find out how much footage we will have. Errata set - Obviously the last set that will be done. Did I miss anything?
December 25, 200717 yr comment_5425870 I feel like it might be worth expanding Portland to "West Coast" to include the little bit of late period LA as well as any CCW that might be worthy. Plus they have Mando Guerrero in common.
December 25, 200717 yr Author comment_5425876 Well lets see what we can find because a stand-alone Portland set is tentative at best. I was actually thinking of combining AWA with Portland because I think that even though the AWA existed the entire decade, the great matches I have seen from the promotion are few and far between. Thank God for NIck Bockwinkel or they would really be in trouble.
