Ferris would become the future Honky Tonk Man and he was great teaming with Sullivan in Memphis. Rogers shows flashes of what he would become here.

Idol is a heel here but the fans still love him. Valentino gets some offense in and the fans get into it before reality takes over. Idol won’t release the figure-four after the match leading to Michael Hayes attacking him with Terry Gordy coming behind him. Bob Armstrong would show up and helped Hayes clear the ring.

 

Buzz Sawyer vs. Keith Larsen (12/12/81)

 

Sawyer hasn’t become a Mad Dog yet but shows his awesome ability here.

Showcase match for Apollo.

 

Big Red & Leroy Brown bring out a chocolate chip cookie cake with the faces of the Masked Superstar & Super Destroyer on it and start eating it. Hilarious.
