Posted January 29, 200817 yr comment_5427642 Really fun expiration of time match that starts with enough room left in the show to develop. The highlights were Taylor being really animated on the apron and a super double team highspot by the heels where Eaton slingshots Taylor (I think) into a THUMP style powerslam by Sugar. A fine example of studio wrestling and worth a look.
January 29, 200817 yr comment_5427663 This is neat stuff. Sugar took a huge flip off a Monkey flip. Eaton and Sugar did this kick ass double team move where Eaton catapulted Taylor into Sugar who delivered a powerslam. Their was a lot of good stuff in the match, and should go on the nomination block. I wasn't blown away by it, but thought it was good.
July 12, 200817 yr comment_5432813 Eaton and Sugar were a blast as a team, Koko is really one of my favorite guys to watch on the set, man the bump he takes on the monkey flip is amazing. Taylor and Rougueau are underwhelming as a face team, but are a fine New Generation. Jaques has a really nice dropkick.
July 28, 200817 yr comment_5433322 Eaton/Sugar vs. Rougeau/Taylor, 1/1/83 WMC Studios (Memphis Masters #2) - The 1st fall reminds me a lot of the SD! Six where a bunch of mid-level guys put on a crisp performance where every move connects and executed properly with Koko and Eaton playing the role of Chavo and Eddie. The 2nd fall was a little abbreviated for my tastes but if there is going to be an Expiration of Time” match that moves forward, I would like to see this one go on. Thumbs up.
August 7, 200817 yr comment_5433722 Yeah this was tremendous stuff with all four men busting their ass and Eaton/Sugar looking world class as a team. Easy nomination.
