Posted February 2, 200817 yr comment_5427772 Kerry Von Erich vs. Greg Valentine (Missouri Title, 2/11/83 in St. Louis) - Early on, Kerry controls with the headlock and they work spots out of that position including a one legged Kerry monkey flip and a Manhattan Drop from Valentine to turn the tide in his favor. When Valentine controls, he attacks Kerry with no particular purpose moving from the head, back and leg. The end stretch from Kerry’s claw until his roll-up finish was pretty hot but this is a far cry from the great Kerry-Flair matches. I’ll nominate it for discussion but won’t go to the wall for it.
