They start the show with highlights of Lawler winning the AWA World Heavyweight Title from Curt Hennig on 5/9/88 then a promo in the locker room and a live promo in the studio then a video of Lawler’s career.

Jeff Jarrett vs. Keith Eric (5/14/88)

Robert Fuller attacks Jarrett right after the match starts then attacks Eric before going back to Jarrett trying to hang him with a rope.

“Superstar” Bill Dundee vs. “Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert (5/9/88)

There are some great punches thrown here as Dundee unloads and Gilbert bumps his ass off. Gilbert would get the advantage and started throwing shots himself. This has a lot of hate due to Gilbert running Dundee out of the area but Bill comes back for revenge and gets his pound of flesh. They brawl from the ring to the floor and Gilbert backdrops Dundee from the apron to the ring as Jerry Calhoun is counting but doesn’t make it in the ring and gets counted out. Shitty finish but this was great fun and yes Danny Wolf was horrid.

The Bruise Brothers (Don & Ron Harris) vs. Don Bass & Phil Hickerson (5/14/88)

Fuller comes out and does commentary then attacks Don Harris from the apron until Jeff Jarrett runs him off. Fuller comes back out and attacks Ron Harris this time before Jarrett runs after him again.

Robert Fuller vs. Billy Travis (5/14/88)

This doesn’t take place as Jeff Jarrett comes out running Fuller off with a 2x4.

Senshi vs. Alan Reynolds (5/28/88)

Senshi is managed by Tojo Yamamoto.

Fuller comes out for a promo with Lance where he introduces Sylvia for the first time and the Stud Stable is born in Memphis as Jimmy Golden & Gary Young come out but tries to recruit Senshi & Tojo and that doesn’t work out so well leading to some great slant eyed remarks.

Robert Fuller & Jimmy Golden vs. The Bruise Brothers (Don & Ron Harris) (5/28/88)

Fun little match with Fuller & Golden looking great.

Jeff Jarrett vs. Keith Eric (5/28/88)

This is a rematch of their non-match last week. Jarrett wins and Sylvia talks shit to him after the match leading to Fuller, Golden, & Sylvia taking shots at him. Tojo comes out and Sylvia attacks him with the kendo stick and Senshi attacks Fuller & Golden.

Max Pain does an interview from a hot tub where he is rehabbing his injured knee thanks to Brickhouse Brown & Cuban Assassins and he vows revenge then comes out for a live interview on crutches. Brick comes out of course and takes the crutches away poking him with them then throwing them away. Brick then sucker punches him and Eddie Marlin threatened to fire him.

Cuban Assassins vs. Doug Dancing & Tommy King (5/28/88)

Squash.

Texas Heavyweight Title: Terry Taylor © vs. “Gentleman” Chris Adams (5/2/88)

This is JIP from the MSC and the WCCW feud has come to Memphis as part of the co-promotion. This was fun stuff but had a shitty double countout.
