Plus Andre's offense looks really devastating, and Fujinami flies all over the ring for it. Finish was incredibly violent looking too. June 21, 200916 yr comment_5440997 I heartily second the nomination on this. Andre was great in part because it was so easy to build stories around his seeming invulnerability. He really excelled at moving between arrogantly indestructible and flummoxed at his sudden weakness. It's a shame he lost his mobility so quickly, because he was really something. And yes, the ending was quite the punctuation mark.
August 30, 200916 yr comment_5443536 Andre scaring the flower girls was fucking great. Early on, this has the best Inoki and Andre match-up with the sweet headscissor sequence. I was digging all of the early Goulet stuff with Inoki and Fujinami working on Goulet's arm as well. Andre was a monster here bumping, attacking, heeling it up. The only knock is this is criminally short where I would have liked a few more tags with the natives. Not a slam dunk but super fun match.
