Posted February 24, 200817 yr comment_5428550 Bull Nakano & Dump Matsumoto vs. Jumping Bomb Angels (2/3 falls) (8/22/85) - In the first fall, the JBAs are just being abused. If they aren’t being manhandled and tossed around, they are being hit with foreign objects and choked with chains. Really wild stuff. Great spot as Bull and Dump try to bring a table into the ring and when they turn around, the Angels double dropkick the table into them knocking them out of the ring. What is finally great is seeing the Angels have enough of the Army’s shit that thy start using foreign objects and Bull gets thrown into the chairs. Both teams get counted out for the end of the first fall. As the 2nd fall starts, Dump decides to take out the referee and Bull pulls the ref out of the ring. This leads to a standoff with all 4 girls with weapons in their hands. Amazingly, the ref gets back in and everyone ditches the weapons. The early part of the fall has the Angels in control of Bull. Then, there is a clip in the middle of the action leading to the stretch run as both teams fail to capitalize on the other team’s mistakes. Dump puts it away with a spike piledriver. This was pretty damn fun. The clip in the 2nd fall hurts it but this is still an easy nomination. I don’t know how many times they matched up but it makes me want to see more tags with these two teams. (AJWC 4)

About as violent as anything on the Watts collection- up there with the Murdock/DiBiase-level of hatred and violence but without the blood. Bull Nakano's bumping is fucking awesome here too but will get lost in the greatness of Dump fuckin slaughtering the JBAs. Billion billion stars.

Seriously, I may have been burned out by the time I got tothis match to be as enthused as you but I still loved it Then you got the two main events which are my working #1 and #2. The only thing that may touch it is All Japan's 6/5/89 show.
