Blue Demon+ Atlantis + Hurrican Ramirez v. Pierroth + Pirata Morgan + Emilio Charles

Fine match, but nothing particularly memorable, there was some nice Demon v. Charles sections.

El Dandy + Texano + Super Mueneco v. Blue Demon Jr. + Lizmark + Angel Azteca 3/89

This was technico v. technico and was really awesome. Super Mueneco especially was I guy I had no idea could go like this, his Azteca matwork section was great, with lots of amature rides and reversals. Dandy works the fuck out arms and legs here, almost like a permed Anderson. Lots and lots of fun.

El Dandy + Texano v. Atlantis + Angel Azteca 3/31/89

This was going at a nice pace, but unfortunately Atlantis gets concussed and they have to improv a finish. Good not great until the end, and an on the fly finish means no nomination.

There was clips of Jaque Mata bleeding to death

Emilio Charles Jr. v. Angel Azteca (It looks like according to luchawiki this was 1990)

Man was this disappointing, you expect 1989 Emilio in a title match to fucking rule, and instead this feels like a title match on current Guerrerros Del Ring TV. Short, perfunctory and uninteresting. Nothing bad, just nothing particularly good.

Hombre Bala + Pirata Morgan + El Hijo Del Gladiador v. Hurrican Ramierez + Javier Cruz + Blue Demon Jr.

Fine little trios match with one crazy move when Pirata bodyslams Hurrican from the ring apron to the floor, one crazy move does not a match make (BTW the third fall of this was the first thing on Disc 1, so my labeled Disc 1 may actually be disc 2)

Blue Demon+ Atlantis + Hurrican Ramirez v. Pierroth + Pirata Morgan + Emilio Charles

This will rate a FUN for the Complete and Accurate Pirata Morgan, but that's about it.

El Dandy + Texano + Super Mueneco v. Blue Demon Jr. + Lizmark + Angel Azteca

I am watching a disc that seemingly has the same line-up as the disc Phil watched this on, and unless they inserted a different match in it's place, that's Blue Demon Jr. - not Lizmark - in the match. You may not have noticed, as the telltale suckiness one usually associates with Blue Demon Jr. was completely eclipsed by the greatness of El Dandy, but he is still pretty clearly the sixth best guy in the match, if that helps. Everyone else is great, though, and this was pretty hateful at points for a technico vs. technico match. Fired up Muneco is definitely fun to see. I think there's enough going on here for a low-end nomination.

El Dandy + Texano v. Atlantis + Angel Azteca 3/31/89

I liked the body of this match more than Phil did, thought the Azteca/Texano and Atlantis/Dandy echanges at the top of the second fall were spectacular in particular. I also thought the improvised finish was pretty good considering the situation. Still, I can't say I'm high enough on it to push for it as a nomination on my own. Atlantis' injury was uncomfortable to watch. I'm not sure the good necessarily outweighs that.

Hombre Bala + Pirata Morgan + El Hijo Del Gladiador v. Hurrican Ramierez + Javier Cruz + Blue Demon Jr.

The Bob 80's 1 version has this in full. Not that it matters, really. There were some cool moments here and there like the Pirata slam of death, but overall, I was underwhelmed by this.

Emilio Charles Jr./Pierroth/Pirata Morgan vs. Atlantis/Blue Demon Jr./Huracan Ramirez (3/17/89)

I dug the Atlantis/Pirata exchanges here and definitely made me want to see a singles match between the two. Emilio was fun here taking great bumps and selling with Pirata trying to one up him at times. The others had their moments but it was the work of the main three that gets this consideration as a low-end nomination hell I think Atlantis' tope suicida would've gotten this a low-end no matter what.

Angel Azteca/Atlantis/Blue Demon Jr. vs. El Dandy/Super Muneco/El Texano (3/24/89)

This is a battle of tecnicos which is fun but you could tell some of the fans would've rather had tecnicos vs. rudos so they could boo somebody. Everyone looked solid here even Demon and guys like Azteca & Muneco got a chance to shine and they came through. This is a really good contrast to the bloodbaths and hate filled matches that will dominate this set and we definitely should have that. This also had a purpose as it setup a tag titles match the next week with Azteca/Atlantis vs. Dandy/Texano. I think this is a fairly easy nomination.

Mexican National Tag Titles: El Dandy & El Texano © vs. Angel Azteca & Atlantis (3/31/89)

Yeah this may be the biggest shame of the set as this match while starting slow was starting to build to a great stretch run right when Atlantis concusses himself taking a powerbomb from Texano which was pretty bad as everyone looked concerned especially Texano.

Next we get clips of Pierroth/Supremo/Ulises vs. Hijo del Gladiador/Jaque Mate/Tierra, Viento, y Fuego from 4/28/89 which had a lot of blood from TVF.

NWA Middleweight Title: Emilio Charles Jr. © vs. Angel Azteca (4/28/89)

This was a disappointment like Phil said as you would expect some long match with great matwork and bumping but it was fairly short and uninspiring for my tastes.

Blue Demon Jr./Ciclon Ramirez/Javier "El Monarca" Cruz vs. Hijo del Gladiador/Hombre Bala/Pirata Morgan (5/4/89)

This had it's moments but it was a nothing special match.
