Lanny Poffo vs. Tony Falk - Lanny makes quick work of Falk. Ronnie Garvin vs Big Boy Williams - Pez Watley was talking trash the entire time. Garvin squashes Williams. Jerry Lawler vs. Humongous - Lawler rips off the hockey mask but Humongous had another mask underneath. Lawler wins quickly after leveling him with a chair. Butch Reed vs Junkyard Dog - Equivalent to a MId South TV match between the two taking place in the Mid South Coliseum. There was some clipping here as about 8 minutes was shown of an 11 minute match. Terry Taylor vs Sabu - This was a pretty decent match that ended with Samoa throwing Taylor over the top rope.
March 26, 200817 yr comment_5430005 Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart vs. “Universal Heartthrob” Austin Idol (6/4/84) JIP from MSC and Hart is managing Idol here as Spoiler is in Neidhart’s corner thus giving this match a different dynamic but that’s all that is going on here as this was just an okay match. “Leaping” Lanny Poffo vs. Tony Falk (no date) I love how Angelo is doing situps during the match. Ronnie Garvin vs. Big Boy Williams (no date) King Pez Whatley is on commentary dogging out Garvin. Southern Heavyweight Title: Lord Humongous © vs. Jerry “The King” Lawler (5/21/84) This is all about Lawler getting his mask off but Humongous has another one although more like a regular mask under it. Lawler beats on Humongous and would eventually use a padded chair to regain his title. Junkyard Dog vs. “Hacksaw” Butch Reed (5/21/84) Their Mid-South feud has come to MSC and this is clipped up but a fun little match. It’s a shame we didn’t have a house show singles match from these two when doing the Watts set. JYD goes over clean as a sheet too. Southern Heavyweight Title: Terry Taylor © vs. Sabu (Cocoa Samoa (11/29/82) Okay match that ends with Taylor winning by DQ after being chunked over the top rope.
